  I took my son in a some months back, and he met a super lovely young lady named CJ. My son absolutely loved the way she spoke to him and interacted with him, so much so that he wanted to go back to Jimmy John’s every single week. At the time, we lived on the other side of Rhome, so I couldn’t take him as often as he wanted. But the impact she made on him stuck. CJ left such a positive impression on my son and truly helped boost his confidence when interacting with others. She indirectly taught him that even though he has a disability, he deserves respect, and people should speak to him, & not at him. That meant more to me as a parent than I can even explain. I don’t know if she still works there, but I’m planning to bring my baby boy back to visit because he still asks about her and wants to show off all his new skills.

  Jimmy John’s driver almost caused an accident. I wasn’t going fast enough for him and so he swerved around me and slammed on his brakes. My lunch is now all over my passenger side floor 😭 For a driver, driving seems to make him pretty angry. I hope I never see him again. I called the store to report the incident and the GM, Landon, was very kind.

  Employee was eating in front of the counter and just pointed me to the pickup orders, order came out wrong as well

  I was driving directly behind a Jimmy John’s delivery driver, on blue mound road. They were driving a white sedan and littered out the drivers side window. It appeared to be napkins and some other unknown items. The trash then hit my car and got all over my front bumper. Due to the inconsiderate and illegal behavior of the driver, the front bumper of my car was covered in their trash. Jimmy John’s needs to revaluate and educate their drivers.
