I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s, and this was actually my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jimmy John’s.
The restaurant was unbearably hot because the A/C was either not working or barely on. We were the only customers inside, it still took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.
To make things worse, the fountain drink machine had run out of syrup, so the drinks were basically carbonated water.
This experience was extremely disappointing and doesn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from Jimmy John’s. This location clearly has serious management and operational issues. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location until these problems are addressed.

Never had issues with JJ, one of my Favorite sandwich shops. Recently moved here from ATX and hit up the JJ. I was disappointed that we paid over $20.00 to eat lettuce and bread. They also randomly put tomato on a cubano which was weird, ended up taking those off. Going to start tying other sub shops. So disappointed.

Terrible service
I have had several orders where the driver will BANG on my door as if they are trying to break in. I have written in the delivery notes to leave it at the door and they still bang on the door, RELENTLESSLY. The food and sandwiches are GREAT but the delivery procedures need adjustments.
I took my son in a some months back, and he met a super lovely young lady named CJ. My son absolutely loved the way she spoke to him and interacted with him, so much so that he wanted to go back to Jimmy John’s every single week.
At the time, we lived on the other side of Rhome, so I couldn’t take him as often as he wanted. But the impact she made on him stuck.
CJ left such a positive impression on my son and truly helped boost his confidence when interacting with others. She indirectly taught him that even though he has a disability, he deserves respect, and people should speak to him, & not at him. That meant more to me as a parent than I can even explain.
I don’t know if she still works there, but I’m planning to bring my baby boy back to visit because he still asks about her and wants to show off all his new skills.
