- TFTiffany FulmerOct 9, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about this Jimmy John’s location! My order was delayed by about 30 minutes, which is incredibly rare in my experience. I almost always get the same delivery driver, and I typically order the same thing, so I’m very familiar with the consistency and service they provide. As a gesture of apology for the delay, my driver went above and beyond by including chips and a cookie. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but the extra thoughtfulness and effort meant a lot! Mistakes and delays happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. I really appreciate the consistency, kindness, and customer service. Five stars, absolutely deserved! ❤️

How did we get here? How is that the paying individual has to work to get their money back when no service was rendered? 🤯

I have called the store nearly a dozen times and they will not pick up. This is extremely frustrating, as I only have an hour lunch break & I cannot get in touch with the store to find out the status of my order. I will not be ordering from here again.

Today, I took a bite of my sandwich and discovered what appears to be a glittery artificial fingernail inside it. Needless to say, finding someone’s fake fingernail in the food I was already eating completely ruined my appetite and my day. This is a pretty serious food-safety and hygiene concern, and I hope management takes it seriously.
