  I live less than 1 mile from this place. Delivery through the app takes up to an hour and a half. Stop offering delivery through your own company if you can’t make it work.

  I placed an order for delivery, and thirty minutes later it showed completed, but I never received it. I called the store three times and no one answered.

  Lady at front taking the orders either needs to be retrained or let go. Every time I come in, she takes 10 minutes to understand my order and half of the time, doesn’t know what comes on each sandwhich.

  I have been to Jimmy John's all over the country, but I have never gotten attitude and rudeness like this place. I walked out.

  Ordered my sandwich. Specifically asked to be cut into quarters….and cut in half. Simple attention to detail being missed. It’s not that difficult to cut into 1/3’s or 1/4’s
