- NENick E3 days ago5.0Gary, the manager, made things right. My order was late, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to receive my sandwich before my daughter’s volleyball game. That said, Gary sincerely apologized and went above and beyond to make it right by not only refunding that order but also comping my next one. In a day and age when customer service can be hard to come by, it was refreshing to see that some people and establishments still genuinely care about their customers. Gary was sincere, kind, and clearly wanted to make things right. He’s a good person, and that speaks volumes. Because of Gary, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

All too often, the sandwich is not made as ordered, and sometimes not even as described on the menu. The last time this happened, I called to bring this to the store's attention. The person I talked to offered to remake the sandwich, but I was at work and did not have the time to return to the store. She then offered to refund the cost of the order, which she did not do. Since the employees are sometimes incapable of making a sandwich as ordered and since the employee did not follow through on the refund, I will no longer order from here.

Food tasted fresh and the place was clean too. Staff was friendly and didnt have to wait around long at all. Good spot when you just want something quick and dont wanna spend forever waiting.
