Where to start 1. The amount of people in this place is crazy any day of the week. They made parking spots impossible to get kids out of their car seats. 2. Every single curbside order Is disappointing, they don’t care when they pick produce or meats. I’ve had rotten meat bagged for me. 3. Their family bathroom well just look at pictures I shared. I had to go change my infants diaper, had to do it in an aisle in the shopping cart. Water faucet doesn’t turn off. Very disappointing all around

We are from Wisconsin and we were excited to go shopping at HEB. As we walked in we saw the BBQ restaurant. We went to start shopping. But the BBQ was calling us. The BBQ hit the spot. HEB was amazing. Nothing like the small grocery stores back home. We'll be here a week and plan to spend some more time checking out the best grocery store ever.

Today was my first time at heb and I needed some assistance. That’s when I ran into a worked named Des. She helped me find everything I was looking for and didn’t mind helping me look for items I needed. She was quick to tell me what oaks everything was in and she even showed me the app and how to guide it ! I felt bad for bothering but she reassured me it was okay . Her customer service was amazing , her attitude makes me want to come back and shop more besides how busy it was …

H-E-B absolutely nails what a grocery store should be. The stores are always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping feel easy instead of stressful. Their selection is incredible, you can find everything from everyday essentials to unique, high-quality items you didn’t even know you needed. The store-brand products are especially impressive, often just as good (or better) than name brands but at a better price. What really sets H-E-B apart, though, is the customer service. The employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. It doesn’t feel forced, it feels like a company culture that actually values people. Their fresh departments are another huge win. The produce is consistently fresh, the bakery smells amazing the second you walk in, and the deli and prepared foods make it easy to grab something quick without sacrificing quality. Whether you’re picking up ingredients for a full meal or just grabbing a snack, everything feels thoughtfully curated. And beyond just groceries, H-E-B does a great job supporting local communities and offering Texas made products, which gives the whole experience a more personal, hometown feel. Overall, shopping at H-E-B doesn’t feel like a chore, it feels like a place you actually enjoy going.

My family has shopped HEB since I was a toddler. Waco has always had an HEB since I was a kid. That’s where I’m from originally. On trips to Mexico, I recall seeing one in Laredo and stopping by. Just 3 years ago, I saw one in Tamaulipas Mexico. I never knew when they expanded that way, but my Texan heart was overjoyed. HEB has always had a heart for its community and the quality in food aside from its superb customer service. I’m so thankful to have one now close to my new home in N Fort Worth. The ready made meals make my life easier and fulfilling when I’m too tired to break out all the meal prepping tools and food. HEB, I love you! Thank your DFW for allowing its expansion up here. ❤️
