  First time here and I had a very good impression, yummy food, friendly workers and clean place! But unfortunately food portion is pretty small.

  We ordered the family meal and the chicken was almost burnt to a crisp and not tender. There were maybe two or three pieces that were fine. We tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up. I understand that sometimes at a fast food restaurant it's impossible for the staff to pick up a phone. We also tried using the survey to let them know that the chicken was bad and to this day nobody contacted us. So now I have to leave a bad Google review which I don't like doing because I really enjoy El Pollo Loco as a whole. However I don't know how else to talk to the local restaurant in Fort Worth and let them know that our service on the 26th of July was very poor. It is currently August 11th so it's been a while.
