  Stay away from this place. Not worth your precious time. Waited for more than 20min past our pick up time to receive our 16 pc chicken. And the chicken leg? My thumb was bigger than those chicken legs. It should be illegal for restaurants to kill tiny birds. They included 3 small container pico de gallo and 3 lime sauce? Are you kidding me? For a 16 pc chicken?

  The one by my place went out of business. I think this brand chain sucks. Came in and they were busy so I went to the rest room. They were still busy with the same drive thru. I waited for another 5 mins. Still no service. Drove next door to canes and I ordered, paid and had my food within 3 mins.

  El Pollo Loco always hits the spot! The chicken is flavorful, juicy, and tastes freshly grilled. Great portions, friendly service, and Daniel the manager provides excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and makes the experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot!

  Originally we were on my way to go grocery shopping, but then I seen Pollo Loco. We ordered 8pc chicken with 2 sides. It’s was a tasty dinner and that avocado salsa 100/10 :) I wish I had a before picture but as soon as it got to the table it was gone :P
