  It will take 30 minutes to get your order. They prioritize online orders and even those take a good half hour to be made. The owners of this franchise must be incredibly greedy to hire such a small staff that it takes 30 minutes to get a bagel. The GM on duty claimed that their weekend staff of 2 was due to people calling out sick. This is a total lie. I've been to this location multiple weekends both when TCU was in session and during break, and they've NEVER had a staff larger than 2. This is corporate greed at its finest. I feel bad for the other employee stuck rushing all day while the GM refuses to do her job and hire an adequate staff (yes that includes swing shifters for when people get sick).

  I usually go to the Einsteins by my house, but I stop here every now and then if I'm running late for work. The staff never seems happy to take an order or asks me about my rewards so I always have to add it later if I even get a receipt. My food just doesn't taste the same here and the way they treat you makes the experience uncomfortable

  Staff is always rude and seem to want to be doing anything else besides taking care of customers. They focus on online orders more than the line of customers in front of them. I really like their lattes, but one time I ordered a vanilla latte and received a vanilla cold brew. I took it to the counter and said it wasn’t right and asked for them to remake it. They said their coffee machine wasn’t working. I said ok, so what can we do? They said I can have any other coffee. Any other coffee besides a latte which is what I wanted. Got a refund. The cashier and manager were very rude during this time and made me feel bad even though I would have been fine not ordering a latte if they had told me their machine wasn’t working when I ordered it. I was not told anything by the staff. I had to figure out it was not a vanilla latte when I took a sip. Another time I ordered an ice vanilla cold brew (since I wasn’t sure if their latte machine was working) and received a cold brew shake. Not sure why this happened. Decided not to say anything since it was such a bad experience last time I tried to talk to the staff. Definitely need better management and teach your staff to be nicer. I’ve never once seen any of them smile or say thank you or even look like they want to be there.

  Ordered farmers bagel, bacon was paper thin, bagel was not hot and not cut....but other than that it tasted good. Service was so so, expresso machine is broken so no coffee, store looked closed because it was dark

  Theres never parking because TCU students use their parking lot despite tow signs being everywhere.
