    Positive note, the coffee is good. Negative note, there is no moving with purpose in the morning with the staff. Only visit if you have extra time in the morning.

    I Went yesterday before work and waited 15 minutes in line for 1 drink and I was only the 4th car in line. I dont understand why this location is extremely slow. If you are short staff then don't have 2 ppl outside, taking orders. The coffee is always on point but im trying to be at work on-time and 15 minutes for a coffee is crazy.

    I love Dutch Bros. I love it more than starbucks honestly that I no longer buy from Starbucks anymore because of how more impressed and good tasting the coffee is here than next door. What I also LOVE is that when you put in a pick up order they put a sticker over the lid opening until you grab your order so nothing gets in the drink or no one slips something in your drink or tries to taste it.

    Ive been going there for almost 4 years now and ive had good experiences with all the workers there but this year the workers have constantly messed up my drink order even after ive tried to correct them

    Today I visited this place with my wife and she asked for a chia latte and her drink taste like water with sugar. We went back to ask to change the drink and they had a really negative attitude. The young guy that helped us told the other young lady to help us because he couldn’t stand our accent. They both had a really negative attitude. We asked for a caramelizer which they did and it didn’t have any flavor. Then we asked for another chai they put 90% ice and just a mix and gave the drink to us. My wife couldn’t enjoy her drink, I wasted my money and had a really bad experience with the way both of them treated us. Definitely not coming back. They acted with racism and poor customer service skills.
