  I am a dutch regular and I always order online to avoid the wait. However, I usually avoid going to this location because they rarely have my order ready on time despite not being busy. With no more than 2 cars in the drive thru, I shouldn't have to wait over 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time. I don't have this issue at any other location Ive gone to in the past three years.

  This place is Amazing!! I go with either the "Caramelizer" or "Picture Perfect " and can get that Iced or as a Freeze blend. There medium size is the same size as a "venti" @ Starbucks in my opinion and there Large is the same size as a Trenti in my opinion but you're not paying double for the amount, you are most definitely getting your money's worth of a drink from Dutch Bros AND you aren't being made to feel like you "HAVE" to get all these stars💫 just to keep a "status" like come on it's just a cup of coffee/drink?! They have a MUCH more huge selection of drinks and how you want it, The staff is super nice and helpful! They get there drinks done in a timely manner, you're not waiting very long at all.

  I ordered a kids white hot chocolate with one shot of espresso because it was late and I just wanted a small amount. I was also thinking it would be less hot like how Starbucks is. Instead the girl hands me a very hot plastic cup, like for cold milk. I take a hold of it and it is burning my hand through the plastic so I ask , "Can you please put this in a hot cup before it melts plastic into my drink". She said but it's a kids . I just look at her while it's super hot. Finally she takes it and pours it into a hot cup Common sense 0/10 and customer service 0/10. .

  Was skipped for following the signs of moving back and forth in between the two driveway Lanes. Literally had four cars in front of me in the inside lane with adamant space in between cars so, you follow the sign and go around to the outside lane and wait your turn. To help with not having build up right in front of the store blocking the parking lot which I was doing for another customer who was trying to back out. Only to have the one person outside taking orders on Father's Day right around lunch (130 ish). The young lady straight up looked over at us knowing that we were next in line and proceeded to handle the customer behind us. What is the point of having those two lanes if no one uses them? Fail to walk the customers along the driveway to cut down on taking up space in the parking lot. failed to follow the standards that you provide for your customers. I've been to multiple locations from Denton to grapevine. I understand being franchised out but standards are standards. Why are you not going to follow of them if you have them?

  Why have the 2nd lane open if you are just going to look at us and then continue to take orders of people that came up after us. The customer service here sucks and I will not be back. Happy father's day!
