    From ordering a coffee to start the day in a good mood, to completely running my mood for the day. Ordered online before heading to the location, 15min drive. Arrived to the location and still have to wait 38min. Asked twice for updates on my order, they keep saying we’re working on it. Employees keep prioritizing drive way until they cleared up. maybe next time i should use the driveway even if i ordered online and don't move from the window until they handle me my coffee.

    couldn't understand why my one drink was $9.50 so i had to request to have my receipt, where I then saw they charged me an extra $1.50 for light ice without even telling me. Crazy. my drink was already expensive as it is. their greed sickens me. they could have at least told me it was an up charge

    This is my favorite location by far! They are always so nice and the drinks are always top tier!!! My favorite by far is the golden eagle, and it’s only made perfect at this location only! Everywhere else it’s either to bitter or to hot, but here it’s just right
