  I come to dutchbros weekly and I ask for the same thing and I order it the same way, today when I placed my order they guy kept calling it star something and it was nasty not even close to what I order. Very disappointed and annoyed after I said my order 10 times I didn't get what I wanted

  I love this location! I am a regular and always order online. They always have my drink ready when I get to the window. They are all so kind and happy. I always have a great experience at this location and they make me feel like part of the family! I prefer this location over any location I've been to.

  I have never had an issue with Dutch Bros before. I normally feel very welcomed and love how nice the staff are. However, today in particular, there was one employee, a young man with a mustache and backwards hat that was very rude and unprofessional. He was very short with me while it was not busy. This worker gave me very judgmental looks for my order and didn’t even correct it. He just walked away and let another employee take care of it. Everyone else was nice, but his attitude and judgment left a bad taste when I left. I hope I don’t have this encounter again. This was at the Tarrant Pkwy location.

  Somehow I got turned onto frozen coffee I tried a few at a high end gas station. The gas station always took at least 10 min! And didnt taste like i knew they should. I tried one at a donut place. The frozen coffee was good...but they were randomly closed the next day for the fireman s ball. And I later learned they were no where near as good as Dutch Brothers Then I saw Dutch Brothers down the street. Ive gotten a frozen coffee 2 days in a row! I may need a intervention due to my addiction the Dutch Brothers Coffee. Plus the app is so easy to use....even for a almost 60 yr old.

  I had one of the worst Dutch Bros experiences I’ve ever had tonight. I arrived around 9:45 PM and ordered two Golden Eagles, one with an extra shot and protein milk. While waiting, I noticed they were using old double shots that had clearly been sitting out. I asked if fresh shots could be pulled, and I was told the espresso machine was already being cleaned. As a former Dutch Bros shift lead, I know closing procedures don’t require shutting down espresso service 15 minutes before close. There is time after 10 PM to clean equipment, sweep, mop, and finish the rest of the closing tasks. When I requested fresh shots, I was told I would have to wait. However, instead of immediately pulling the shots, the barista proceeded to take out the trash and do other tasks before eventually returning to the machine. The wait itself wasn’t the issue—it was being told the machine was unavailable, only to then spend several minutes doing unrelated tasks before pulling the shots anyway. To make matters worse, the drink was still made incorrectly. I paid for an extra shot, but the drink only received a double shot and was missing the additional shot I was charged for. Both drinks also received free-poured soft top with no apparent consistency. What frustrated me most was the attitude. The entire interaction felt like my request for fresh shots was an inconvenience. If the drink had been made correctly the first time, there would have been no issue. Another thing that stood out was that around 9:50 PM, while customers were still being served, the stand lights were already being turned off. As a customer, it felt like the focus was on closing as early as possible rather than providing quality service until the posted closing time. Dutch Bros is supposed to be known for speed, quality, and service. Tonight I received none of those. I left with the wrong drink, after paying extra for modifications that weren’t made, and felt like I was inconveniencing the staff simply by ordering before closing. As someone who previously worked for Dutch Bros, I know how much emphasis is placed on shot quality and customer experience. At my stand, we spent multiple days training specifically on shot quality because it absolutely affects the taste of the drink. It’s disappointing to see those standards ignored. This location could benefit from retraining on drink quality, attention to detail, and customer service—especially during the last hour of operation.
