    Gave me cow’s milk when I specifically said not to. The black woman with the ponytail and the puckered lips did it. Almost died. Lawsuit on the way

    First visit to this location. Girls at window were nice but the line was incredibly slow, waited in line for 10 minutes for a drink order that was already ordered and it still wasn't ready when I got to the window. But even more troubling then that is the behavior of the girls inside. Window wide open and they were talking/acting unprofessional, even for a coffee shop. Will go to a different location next time.

    Very unorganized and seems to be understaffed. My mobile order for pick up was over 10 minutes late. Leadership needs to staff this site appropriately especially during peak hours.

    Respectfully, I think this is just the wknd crew. Maybe I don't understand the pick up process and ordering ahead online. The staff is great, but when I place an order for pickup up it's never ready, and I end up waiting another 10-15 mins past the scheduled time. Just schedule WAY ahead if you need to be at work.

    I see alot of the other reviews mentioned not having good attitude or no customer service but I think it doesn't just come from the broista part, its comes from us the consumer as well!! Anyways everytime im come here I know my girls by name ask about there day and they always have a such a cool time together weather earlier mornings or late nights. Reminder kindness is the closest moment we could ever be with one another ✨️, have a beautiful day luvsss 💙
