    Haven't stopped on my way to work in a while, but decided im leaving early enough and I was wanting a good cup of coffee. Placed a mobile order and the pickup time said 6:09am arrived to find people standing outside waiting at about 6:17-6:20. I figured, I ordered in plenty ahead of time. Nope, ended up waiting until about 6:30 before it was ready. I should have taken a drink there, cause come to find out, not even my drink. In an effort to catch up on orders, the guy was working 2 at the same time. I figure he gave me the other person's order, but cant imagine someone would order this drink I got. Zero flavor, I mean zero. These drinks are too expensive to be waiting so long after placing the order well in advance and then getting a bad drink.

    Service 5 stars but the way they make the coffee hit or miss golden eagles should be golden this is a cream eagle

    This place was popping on a Saturday afternoon yet despite the long drive through line and the walk up window being a hangout while we all awaited to order or for pickup service never wavered. I appreciate the patience consistency and accuracy. Every different interaction I witnessed while I waited was authentic great customer service.

    Normally not a problem. Need to retrain in customer service. Acting like they can’t make a drink is embarrassing for the company. As a former Barista, the attitude of one lil gal was enough to be fired. Won’t be back and will not recommend. Too bad these 3 gals ruined what has been great for the past year. Don’t waste your time replying to my comment to send a report somewhere. Apparently you don’t give two S’s about horrible service and the DEI crew.
