- PPPretty6 days ago1.0The girl at window should be fired shes disrespectful and gross i said no fruit in my drink and she but fruit then tried to scoop it out making it sink to the bottom i told her i wanted a new one and then she was rude so i told her to forget it since she wanted to be like that and drove off - if the manager reads this I expect you to reachout and write her up simultaneously shr wore a camo hat and pigtails

On the frog merch drop she was told she wasn’t allowed to use her free medium drinks and had to pay to get them. Today with the sticker drop she never received a sticker and said that they were not friendly. As a broista I know there are rules and regulations for merch and stickers, but with merch/sticker drops you’re allowed to use your rewards and still get a merch item. But this shop sounds like it might just have sticker police 🚔 It makes me sad to see this because Dutch is supposed to be a warm and welcoming community to our custies!!

Today, I sat for 45 minutes for two drinks. Even if you order at the pickup window, it is not ready in time. Staff are friendly, but it takes waaaaaay too long for your drink. There’s another location in Lake Worth - it’s worth the drive to just go over there. It’ll save you time anyways.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
