    I’ve been coming to this Dutch since it opened and after today I won’t be returning. I’m not sure what has happened in the last few months other than new management I’m assuming. It just seems like things are not organized, drinks are never made the same way twice even ordering on menu things, and the drive line is ridiculous. If the two lanes are open and there is a long line, shouldn’t there be a designated person staying outside taking orders? Ended up with 4 cars skipping the que because they kept taking cars that just pulled up in the left lane long after we waited 10 minutes before they even came out. Baristas are no longer friendly or engaging just goofing around with one another. My wife didn’t even get a coffee today cause she was over it. Do better.

    I specifically asked for light ice, but they filled the cup almost completely with ice. Then they looked me straight in the face and insisted it was “light ice.” Poor customer service and a complete disregard for a simple request.

    Anaseini genuinely delivered my caramelizer with such care and delicacy that it was almost flirtatious. I will be coming back.

    I wish I knew the name of the girl who is always doing linebuster in the mornings. She is the best. I always tell her to just chose my drink because I trust her. She humors me and she moves that line thru quickly! I love her! Today she chose me some cherry mocha and it’s so good!
