- MHMahaliah HessMay 7, 20262.0Would be nice if the workers wouldn’t sit and chat it up for 10 minutes with a single car when others are waiting, I sat for 8 minutes watching two guys chat with a female in the car in front of me before her two drinks came out. I sat and watched them chat for another 3 minutes after that before I gave up and left. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. I really wanted my blended rebel.. LOL

My order is never ready on time when it says it is and I get there and have to still wait 10 to 15 minutes and then I always have to tell them who I am and they have to look it up and then they make it. Something is definitely off compared to the others.

The first time it looked (and tasted) like dirty coffee water and the 2nd time a hot beverage was less than room temperature. I tried to leave feedback thru the app or company website and that took me in circles with no form to fill out.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
