    Went around 11am. 3 cars in front of me and service was slow. I ordered a caramel pumpkin brulee freeze on the app ahead of time. Got to the window and my order was still being made. They were out of one ingredient. The lady at the window let me know which was nice. When she handed it to me, it was iced and not a freeze like I had ordered. I took ot anyway. It was pretty good but would rather have had what I ordered. This is not my usual stop so it could have just been an off time.

    Just Great Customer Service! Love the Young Ladies and Men who are out in this Hot Sun taking orders with a smile! I definitely tip every time !

    Paid extra for soft top on a coffee and didn’t receive it. Also didn’t receive the float on the tea we ordered

    Love Dutch Bros to death but waiting 15 minutes for my coffee (ordered at the walk up window) is CRAZY!!!! When I asked how much longer she said “I’m starting yours now” girl it’s already been 15 minutes what on earth have you been doing?? There were over 7+ cars in the car line - which is why I chose walk up. I didn’t get my coffee til all cars in the car line were gone…. So I guess car line comes first even though I ordered before some of them??? Weird Will be going to a different location moving forward
