    Had to come and leave a not so great review despite the awesome people that work here. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online and gave a 20 MINUTE grace period bc I know it can get busy. Came and my order hasn't been started. So people who walk up or drive up even 10 minutes ago are getting pushed ahead of me bc Im technically not here yet, seems so unfair to me! I still have 2 people in front of me and their orders are being priority! Thank goodness I don't have anywhere to be, but thats besides the point! Update: by the time I got my coffee it was 30 minutes past due. The lady in front of me said she placed her order online at 9:50 and I placed mine at 9:38! And she got her coffee before me. The worker said they go in order as they come in but clearly thats not true. AGAIN the workers are very sweet and can only do so much but PLEASE go in order as they come in and not who shows up first. So basically I thought by giving a grace period would help me, but I just got pushed back bc I wasn't there in person.

    Gave up the other widely known coffee place for Dutch Bros. They have tons of sugar free options. They are friendly, professional, accurate we love to go there. They will suggest new things to try if you ask, love that they know us and interact with us. They Rock!!!!

    This was my first time at this location, I was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Kenzie( hope I spelled your name correctly) anyway she was Super friendly and made me feel welcomed and is very knowledgeable on her drinks, I was craving coffee but by the time I was done talking with her I ended up ordering a purple drink I believe was called Mist (something), it was so darn good, shout out to whoever made it! I enjoy experiences like this and if I’m ever in that neck of the woods, I’ll surely be back. Thanks Kenzie! You and your team Rock!!
