Waited almost 40 mins in the drive thru and would have driven off but I had a mobile order I had already paid for. I sat at the actual drive thru for another 10 minutes before anyone even said anything. Then when she handed me my drinks the lids weren’t pushed down all the way and they spilled in my car. They don’t know how to function if there’s more than one car in line it’s actually sad. Saying you’re super busy isn’t an excuse for horrible service. Plenty of establishments get busy and still function properly that’s literally what you’re there for is business.

However at this location, it’s only about 50% chance I get what I ordered on the first go. I always place a mobile order. Multiple times I’ve been there and they hand me one thing and if I don’t leave immediately (because I’m waiting on something), they ask me to list off what I ordered in my mobile order as if they didn’t make the rest or just expected me to take the one item and drive off. Twice in the past month, I’ve ordered two different coffee drinks and been handed two of the same lattes (neither being correct) instead. I’ve been handed smaller sizes than I’ve paid for, different drinks, etc numerous times and had to point to the sticker to show them this isn’t the order. They also block mobile ordering at this location more frequently than any other nearby. Given most of the reward opportunities Dunkin gives are for mobile orders only, I don’t understand why mobile orders seem so difficult for them. I’d suggest going to another location if you have the time to do so.

The wait times are consistently long, the food is often greasy, and they almost always forget one of the items in my order. It seems like they’re either understaffed or there are serious management issues. Whatever the cause, the customer experience has been consistently poor and slow the wait time to order is over 10 min to get to the speaker and get told to wait additionally . I hope they improve their staffing and organization because this location has a lot of potential, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it.
