This is the second time I order DoorDash from this specific Dunkin and my order is missing items or given the wrong items… I understand people are busy but DoorDash will not refund my missing items on my $70 group order! I had 4 food items and every single item was missing and we were given 2 incorrect food items. I ordered 2 loaded hash browns, a bacon egg and cheese croissant and mini everything bagels and was given a sourdough sandwich and a plain bacon egg and cheese bagel… the last time I ordered I ordered food and a coffee and received just the drink under a completely different name but with my name on the bag… please check better…

I asked for the items that were missing and one of the employees that was at the cook station seemed to get upset that I was asking for my drink to be made correctly. Hopefully they can get their employees better training in drink prep and customer service because it is a convenient location for me.
