- JJJoshMar 15, 20261.0I have been a customer here for over 5 years. Take my pups once in a while for a ride and pup cups. They not charge for pup cups??? My dogs were drooling at the mouth waiting for their pup cups. There will be many angry customers who bring their dogs here. Also, they could not even find the button to charge me for the pup cup. 2 days ago I got a pup cup without being charged. Wishy washy new management. I wil no longer be going here. Here’s a picture of my dogs, they used to be regular customers and some may know them

- AMAmber M.Jun 18, 20231.0We put in our order on the app, drove 10 minutes to get there, and then waited an excruciating amount of time in the drive thru while others no doubt experienced the same problem we were about to which was them not having the items that we ordered. There's definitely a huge disconnect between ordering in the app and actually getting your food. You'd think they might offer at least a free donut for your trouble, but nope... nothing. It's hard to find a good Dunkin donuts anywhere these days...every time we go there's always some kind of problem and often rudeness to go with it. It's a shame. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
