- TPTha PicklerJun 28, 20261.0I’ve ordered from this Domino’s multiple times and it has consistently been one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. They constantly get orders wrong, whether it’s missing items, wrong toppings, or completely different pizzas. Curbside pickup is a nightmare, they’ve taken orders to the wrong car multiple times. On one pickup attempt, they told me my order wasn’t ready even though it was sitting on the rack getting cold. They don’t even cut the pizza half the time. Delivery times are ridiculous, often taking hours even when the app says it’s “out for delivery.” The pizza ends up cold by the time it arrives. The employees seem completely untrained and checked out. Basic tasks like reading an order ticket, matching a car description, or properly preparing a pizza appear beyond them. Management clearly isn’t holding anyone accountable. If you live near Crowley and want decent pizza in a reasonable time, go somewhere else. This location has ruined Domino’s for me. Save yourself the frustration and the money.

And it’s not like my mods are complicated I get their meatzza and exchange the sausage for bacon because I simply do not like the sausage. This time they put the sausage on there and didn’t cut it worth a flip. Which makes it frustrating when you try to pick it out of the box and half the damn pizza comes out of the box. I report it on their little app but am never offered to get a replacement for what I ordered. You only get the 2 topping replacement and I ordered and paid for a special pizza if there was another delivery place close to me I wouldn’t ever order from here again and if you try to call you either get no answer or an uncaring about your response I just want a refund but they don’t give you that option so I’m leaving a review to warn. ORDER WITH CAUTION
