I had the wrong pizza and when I called to see if something could be done the manager was rude and short tempered. I’m really annoyed because I come here all the time and usually have a good experience.

When I tracked the order at 20:18 it showed "ready". Walked into the store and my order was not ready. I stayed in the store from 20:18 to 20:42 and my order was still not ready. Every time I asked I was just ignored and finally told at 20:36 that it was still in the oven and will be ready in 2 min. My 4 years old son was already crying. I left the store at 20:43 with no pizza so I can get them something else to eat. Very bad customer service.

He went back to help make pizzas and I just hope that when employees move from the register to make pizzas that they go back to wash their hands or at least change their gloves. Erika was kind but struggled with getting my gift card receipt. After thinking that my payment didn’t go thru and we had to purchase a new gift card. I was able to check my bank account and check the card balance and it was accurate, she just had to figure out how to print out the receipt I needed and she did. Thank you I hope there are much more expressions of accountability in this location. Everyone seemed nice. God bless
