The pretend store manager (Hanna), refused to replace or refund. The entire crew was very unprofessional liars. Had the nerve to tell me that they do not refund but will credit for next order when clearly the guarantee on their website says they fully refund you if unhappy with orders. I will never order or spend money at any damn Domino’s Pizza. I’m disputing with my creditor due to no help from dominoes. I like Pizza Hut best, anyway!!!!🤬 I’ve definitely been scammed. Oh and this store is independently owned. If the owner is anything like the people employed, he should be shut down!!! 06/30/2026- Update: I’ve contacted customer service immediately after this occurred. I was assigned a case number and received no other communication. The generic response from manager is not from a human and this store could care less. No one attempted to rectify this matter.

- MMm marsApr 23, 20261.0called in at 10 pm wanting a late night pizza. i thought that since they closed at midnight, it wouldn’t be a too big of a gap. turns out they only have one driver the ENTIRE day. again, i thought, no big deal. it’ll be delayed for a while but i can deal with it. an hour later, i reach out and make sure everything’s okay. no answer. i keep calling over like 30 minutes and i finally get a call back. the lady on the phone was polite and said that the driver was 8 minutes away from their store and would be here shortly. that was an hour ago. at the time i’m writing this it’s 12:16 and i still haven’t gotten my order. i can’t even call because their now closed, even though i ordered my food two and a half hours before closing. i’ve had a bad experience previously, where the driver delivered to the wrong address and my food took round an hour and a half. the service is absolutely ridiculous, i’ve never seen such a poorly managed company in my life.
