- ESElham SafiJun 12, 20261.0I went in about ten minutes before they closed and there were still costumers ordering food. Lady came up front to start my order. The questioning and putting food was honestly fast paced, I barely noticed how much of each she put and I had to back track to tell her to put a bit more rice after like 3 other ingredients. I can’t eat the meat from all restaurants due to religious reasons, so I always get sofritas for protein. Came home to eat my bowl, just to find big chunks of steak in my bowl. There were also pinto beans when I only got black beans. Beans are not a big issue, but the cross contamination of protein is not something that should be taken lightly. I take my religious beliefs very seriously. But regardless of belief, this can’t be happening because there are also people who are vegetarian or even have specific dietary for health. I think a big part of it had to do with her rushing the order, but also why is there steak in sofritas in the first place? I ended up not eating the food cause I kept finding tiny pieces aside from the big chunks. I hope I can get a refund, but the important thing is either be more careful and considerate with how things are around food and how you put in orders. Or just close the restaurant if yall don’t care about your costumers preferences.

Hunter was very generous with the portions and provided excellent customer service the entire time. Casey was also amazing and very helpful. Honestly, the whole team worked so well together and made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. You can tell this staff truly cares about their customers. Definitely one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve had!
