  ordering on the app and picking it up through the Chipotlane, 98% of the time, my order has been wrong. Also, staff is rude.

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I eat Chipotle almost every day and have never been treated like this. They were out of several items, so I asked how long the wait would be. The employee told me one to three minutes, which was completely understandable, so I waited. While standing there, he asked what I wanted to do, and I responded that I would just wait since I needed my order. He then accused me of having an attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointed with the customer service experience and would give it a one-star rating.

  I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. I ordered 6 bowls and spent over $65.00 expecting decent portions and good customer service. Instead, the portions were very small, and when I politely asked for a little more food, the employee gave me an attitude and an uncomfortable look, like I was asking for something unreasonable. What made the situation worse was the manager’s reaction. Instead of helping resolve the issue or showing concern for the customer experience, I also received a negative look from the manager when I complained about the poor service and portion sizes. Customers pay for both the food and the service. If someone is spending that amount of money, they should not feel uncomfortable asking for fair portions. Very disappointed with the overall experience today.

  This location is kinda ehh to be honest it ok for the most part depending on who works portion size wise And I’m not gonna make a big deal about this but today I went in for a calm lil bowl for all pastor and the girl Gave me THE smallest sprinkles of all pastor I literally looked up at her like 😐 and she knew it too, so I said a lil more so that’s double right and in total there was about barely a ONE FULL scoop in there so I told her “ you know what at this point just give just give me a full scoop idc anymore “ and she said so that’s “ tripple “ I said sure talk about mark up cuz I was no way gonna get my protein in with a SPRINKLE of meat I told someone as I was checking out about it and bro stayed quite im actually so bothered by it

  Chipotle needs to do a better job at. They're portioning as far as their protein, they're inconsistent and leads to bad service. Employees are rude when asking for not just 4 pieces of meat( this is an exaggeration a little bit, but I basically got nothing on the spoon) then, got mad at me for asking them to put more on it.Eventually, I had to ask for double protein because they wouldn't give me the right amount. There should be a better way of getting the right.Amount, every single time, no matter which chipotle you go to. Whatever happened to the customer is right.I understand that there should be a limit to the protein.And by it's inconsistent, and i'm not asking for scraps. Also I don't like the disrespects.As far as the employees being mad and aggressive.
