I had order issues that were completely and entirely my fault, leading to showing up and getting all the wrong food (because I ordered the wrong thing), and as soon as I explained the situation to the manager, Armando, they were incredibly understanding and got me situated quickly. Elijah and Favor processed my order, and I was in and out in probably only 5 minutes or so which is a miracle. Seriously, these people were a heaven-sent blessing from the Lord for me today. Quick side note- VERY clean location as well!! Thank you all so, so very much.

The employee preparing my order had been handling the register while wearing gloves and then returned to the food line without changing them. He used those same gloves to directly grab the cheese and lettuce for my bowl. When I asked whether he should change his gloves after handling the register, I was told that employees only change gloves if they handle cash. I understand that he may not have directly handled cash, but the register and surrounding surfaces are still frequently touched, and I was uncomfortable with the same gloves then being used to directly handle ready-to-eat foods. I’m sharing this because I believe it would be helpful to review proper glove-changing and hand-hygiene procedures with the team, particularly when employees move between the register and food preparation. I would appreciate someone following up regarding the appropriate procedure in this situation.
