  Upon arriving at the ordering station, a female team member professionally clarified the terms of your Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, which I understood and accepted without issue. However, my interaction with a male employee assisting at the preparation line quickly took an unprofessional turn. His demeanor was noticeably condescending from the outset. For instance, while I was simply placing my order, he interjected unsolicited information about potential extra charges for protein, despite me not having inquired about pricing. After this initial exchange, the first part of my order was completed. At the payment counter, the cashier demonstrated excellent customer service by confirming that the BOGO promotion would be honored for my second order, which I genuinely appreciated. Regrettably, the same male employee then proceeded to assemble my second meal. His behavior during this process was incredibly brusque and hurried, creating an overwhelmingly rushed and disrespectful experience. I felt a profound lack of consideration as he hastily prepared my food, unlike any service I've encountered at any Chipotle establishments previously. Even more concerning, other staff members, including the cashier, appeared to notice his conduct, attempting to mitigate the situation by suggesting he was merely trying to serve customers efficiently. While I understand the need for efficiency, it should never come at the cost of basic respect and customer comfort. This particular experience has left me deeply disappointed and has significantly impacted my perception of this specific location.

  The wait time at the Chipotlane is ridiculous. Is not the first time. The excuse is that they’re extremely busy, but if that’s the case, please staff appropriately so it doesn’t negatively affect the customers who are paying for their service. Thank you!

  Adding this to the list of locations I won’t go to. I don’t understand how there’s no white rice. It’s like a major staple of the restaurant. The fact that there isn’t a better system put in place to ensure those 15-20 basic ingredients are prepped is beyond me. The menus just not that big. Sometimes I go long enough between visits that I forget the bad service, but it always shows itself whenever I stray from my usual locations.

  Placed an order online and was charged but didn’t receive a confirmation and was told an order was never placed, how convenient. After reaching out and provided proof to the support team like the comment below stated. I’d love to inform you that I was told to take it up with my bank instead. No food or credit provided by Chipotle. Please refrain from ordering online at this location.

  Not planning to return to this location. In fairness, he did give me free chips and queso for the wait, but omg...no, just no. First there was one guy working the line and register. He had overfilled a burrito and had to get a 2nd tortilla for it which still didn't work. So he got a 3rd tortilla and dumped the original burrito I to the most unappetizing mess for the guy in front of me. It took awhile, but ok. Then the worker told back of house that he needed white rice, ans they basically told him to hold his horses and lollygagged around making rice. I ordered my bowls with white rice and was told I'd need to wait for rice, ao the started takingnpeople.from behind me while I waited for rice. Back of house had zero sense of urgency. So I am waiting on white rice for my bowls when the drive thru worker comes iver and scoops meat onto a bowl of white rice! So I suggested getting white rice from the drive thru, but ai was told.thst isn't an option. Drive thru gets mad if he takes white rice from them. As I reminded him that customers get mad when they wait a long time for rice to be delivered. Finally the rice came, wnd it just doesn't look great. I asked if there was corn and was told "yes" as he scooped corn relish, not roast corn, onto the bowl, which is not the same as roast corn at all. So I am now out almost $30 for 2 steak bowls which are probably going to be inedible. It wasn't all the line worker's fault...back of house lacked any urgency or preplanning. Seriously poor experience.
