Been going to chipotle for years and this was by far my worst experience. For the price you have to pay it’s definitely not worth it or at least not at this location.

She seemed very irritated as she fixed my bowl and kept asking “and what else” as I decided what I was getting. That’s not even the worst part I wanted sour cream and cheese again which I always get and I explained that I have an avocado allergy she literally huffed and said we don’t do allergies….excuse me? Usually when I tell them about my allergy they just get fresh cheese and sour cream no big deal right? But no this lady told me they do not accommodate allergies when I was just here about 4 days ago and every couple of days and have never had an issue she claimed this was a “New Policy” but all the other employees also had never heard of this policy before. I hope this isn’t true but I will be reaching out to corporate to express my concerns because this is beyond ridiculous.
