- NBNeicy B1 day ago1.0So I went to chipotle tonight on 287 which I go to often but tonight I had the worst experience an employee whom I’ve never seen before was very rude! She seemed very irritated as she fixed my bowl and kept asking “and what else” as I decided what I was getting. That’s not even the worst part I wanted sour cream and cheese again which I always get and I explained that I have an avocado allergy she literally huffed and said we don’t do allergies….excuse me? Usually when I tell them about my allergy they just get fresh cheese and sour cream no big deal right? But no this lady told me they do not accommodate allergies when I was just here about 4 days ago and every couple of days and have never had an issue she claimed this was a “New Policy” but all the other employees also had never heard of this policy before. I hope this isn’t true but I will be reaching out to corporate to express my concerns because this is beyond ridiculous.
