I had a reward for a free drink with a min $5 purchase.. the reward says it’s for a free fountain drink or bottle drink so i chose the bottle. She immediately tried to charge me for the drink saying the reward is only valid for fountain drinks… so i told her the rewards said either or she refused to allow me to get the bottle soda.. this is my last time spending a DIME in this establishment.. there is no reason why i should be leaving a 1 star review every single time i visit this location! DO BETTER CHIPOTLE! Yall already skimping us on the meat and queso the least yall can do is be kind 😒

Drive 15 minutes down the road to the other location only to find out it was at the original location. Drove back and picked up cold food with an aloof apology. So frustrating and definitely a reason to avoid this store.
