- BLBuzz Lightyear5 days ago5.0I come here very often and I only get exceptional service when the employee Wendy is on shift. I’m devastated seeing how rude people can see and make stuff up about employees to the extent of taking a photo! I’ve never done a google review before but after seeing and reading what I saw I have to step in and oppose because that is unfair to this wonderful worker. Wendy is great and always on top of things every time I come by. I love this chipotle and the rest of the staff they’re the best! Thank you guys!
- SHS H5 days ago1.0This lady with septum piercings is so rude She added queso to my order without asking or confirming and charged me for it anyway. When I asked for a correction or refund, she refused to give me a proper receipt or resolve the issue. She also handed me the water cup by putting her hand directly inside it, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Chipotle sets high standards for service and food safety. This experience fell far short. I’ve already reported it to Guest Services and hope management addresses the training and standards at this store.

Couldn’t leave my burrito open and put it on a tray cause it’s unsanitary so I could roll it, yet all the tables look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. Very loud music, can’t hear the workers ask questions and when you ask them to repeat it again they get pissy.

The young lady taking our order severly underserved us and knowingly still gave us a torn tortilla. I myself having worked in the food industry, try to be understanding with individual circumstances. The cashier was even polite and I appreciate that. In this economy money is tight and would appreciate knowing that the money I choose to spend here is well spent. This is our nearest location and would love to see a change.
