- SCShayla CainSep 1, 20261.0If you can go to another location, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This location is very dirty and they pick and choose who gets good customer service no matter how polite you are. Also, do not get the chili lime chips because it’s false advertisement.

The quality dipped severely in many ways a few years ago and the final nail in the coffin was getting a burrito the size of my wallet (not the normal size). I said never again. I got a BOGO a couple months ago and thought why not. Prices have gone up but that is happening everywhere. What I got was very promising and enjoyable. I typically find myself loyal to a specific location as quality and consistency varies. Since then, I’ve been back to my 1-2 times a week. I just want to say that this location got its groove back. Please keep doing what you are doing and I’ll keep coming back. I know chipotle can get some hate on the internet regarding quality/price increases/skimping but this store is doing it right. I forgot to get the employees name but she was great. You guys earned a customer back.

- NCNita CrusonAug 7, 20263.0It was a sad day at Chipotle today they weren't even that busy I don't know if the girl that was working was brand new but I ended up ordering chips and guac which I don't normally do because the Bowl seems to be so small I ordered white rice which I felt like and it looks like that she only put about half a spoon of rice in the bowl chicken pinto beans (I ended up putting queso on it which I again don't normally do because there was a lack of other ingredients) with tomatoes and the salsa needed to be changed out obviously and and she changed it out then she piled it on top so I got salsa LOL maybe I'm crazy and maybe this is enough food let me know but I sure don't think so generally when I go in there I only get the chicken bowl with white rice pinto beans tomatoes and salsa and I have enough to eat a little bit when I get to work and then eat the rest for dinner and I pay just under $10 for that today I don't think it was worth it am I crazy you tell me.
