    I came in to get a bowl, immediately walking in vulgar music was being played and clearly it was loud enough because I heard everything that was being said. I go through the line to get my usual and once we get to pico they are out but I proceeded anyway. I notice that there is pico in the to go order area and was told I couldn’t have any because it was for to go orders. Mind you it was around 10pm so they had 30 minutes left of shift and it was either going to be thrown away or used for next day and it was a container full. I feel accommodation for something so simple as pico could’ve been made.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The food portions were extremely small compared to what customers normally receive. On top of that, there were three employees standing around the cash register acting unprofessional and giving off a rude, unfriendly attitude. The cashier also tried charging me for extra portions that I did not ask for. Overall, the environment felt uncomfortable and poorly managed. Customer service and consistency have definitely gone downhill at this location.

    Hard rap music way too loud!!! Went in on 4/24/26 at around 2:45pm, and the cook's hard-core rap music was very loud! The manager was walking around with them so no way if I can hear every word out in the sitting area, he couldn't hear it blaring back there. Clashing with the lobby music and at times louder, there's a lot of other options in that area to eat at next time. Then the manager asked a worker if they wanted to do dishes and worker straight up replied, "Man no!"

    Ayuden and his coworker were behind the counter when my sister and I went and they were great! I wish I knew the other gentleman's name but they made our bowls perfectly and got every extra (tortilla, chips, and side sauce) correct!! So grateful to have had a good experience at this location. All Chipotles are not made equal but this one excels in speed and service!! Thank y'all!!
