  bad, night staff are so rude a lady asked for brown rice because they FORGOT after not having white rice for 15 minute wait, rolled her eyes at her. and i just wanted white rice and to enjoy my chipotle after a long day of playing volleyball. JEEZ, and they had to ruin it with there stank attitude

  Asked for burrito bowl. When they asked me what kind of beans I would like, I asked for a half scoop of each. I then watched them put a big scoop of pinto beans on there, scoop up about four black beans and then real quick put another big scoop of pinto beans on there. When I asked the person working if they didn’t have black beans, they just said sorry no we don’t and then another person shouted out, “Can I get a side of black beans?” They then proceeded to put the full scoop of black beans onto the two scoops of pinto beans. I said I really don’t want that many pinto beans in my burrito bowl and then they asked me what I would like for my protein, and what else I would like on my bowl. Out of pure frustration and my ability to avoid any type of conflict, I just finished my order and got out of there. It sucked.

  It’s Chipotle; it’s great 🤷‍♀️ the workers were really nice, especially the cashier, and the food was as good as always. They don’t judge you if you get a kids’ meal, too, which saves a lot of money. Their Coke machines didn’t work, though. Coke and Coke Zero were both missing the syrup part.

  This has to be one of the worst ran Chipotle’s in DFW. The employees are absolutely rude and have zero customer service qualities. There is only 1 White girl that works there that actually seems like she cares and hustles, while the rest of the employees are zombies, moving as slowly as they can to kill time. Therefore, making the customers wait and waste their time during their lunch. I’ve been going to this Chipotle for sometime now because of its proximity to my work. But today is the last day, in which I ended up walking out of. They never have any food ready by the time the store opens. In fact, they’re always about 30-45min behind on where they should be in regard to food prep and cooking. I arrived at 11am which is 15min after they’ve opened and per the usual, the prepping was behind. I waited an extra 20minutes for them to cook veggies and at no avail. They didn’t even start. Let alone the soggy/mooshy over cooked rice that they have been serving for the last 2 weeks. This isn’t the first time and if they continue to keep that staff around it will not be the last. Honestly take the manager to the Chipotle on 7th street to learn how to manage the diner. They have great staff and when they open, everything is always available. Why should the store on Rosedale not be any different? Get it together.

  Says open til 11, but out of guac and corn at 10 o'clock, also messy and burnt quesadilla that you can smell coming in, not to mention homeless came in for free refills with other store cups. Very disapointed been a customer since 2009 and never seen such thing.
