  I went here at 10:06 pm and there was no chicken and I was told there would be a 15 minute wait , after 15 still no chicken . The barbs o was literally crunchy and still they tried to serve it when I asked if that all they said yes. I ended up Getting steak with maybe 10 Small pieces on the bowl. Followed by some chile lime chips . Yall played . This is crazy . The bag was nothing but seasoning, steak was dry and bland , not to mention everything else available was old . Do better .

  Where do I begin! Hmm. $21.00 bucks for what? A chicken bowl and chips/queso. I haven't been to Chipotle in a long time. I don't eat much out but the last time I did the portion size was decent. As the server was placing the rice in my bowl he is shaking off some so that it is less than a serving spoon. I had to ask for more! Same with the chicken. Scoops it up, shakes it off so it is less. I had to pay extra to have a decent amount of chicken. Then I ask for a side of queso which is $1.70. I get to register and she asks me would u like some chips with that? I say how much She says $2.10. Ok. I want chips. So total comes to 21.00!!! What? How much is the bowl? She says $9.80 something. Ok..so why 21.oo bucks? Cuz u ordered extra meat and chips n queso. Chips n queso is $4.90. I feel ripped off. First she said queso $1.70 n chips $2.10=$3.90!!! But charge me $4.90??? Not good Chipotle! Do better! I could go to a fancy sit down restaurant and get a homemade chicken burrito full plate for that price!!

  I’m not sure what is going on with this chipotle because it was not like this but the last few times I've gone, it hasn't been good at all. I order take out for my kid the kids tacos and in one of the visits I did not get the orange or the kids chips that supposed to come with the order and the carnitas was super dark like burnt also order a chips and queso and the queso was not tasting right like it was not warmed enough and today again the kid meal never comes in the plate it supposed to come and the meat was mix and also not tasting good.

  Se hizo un pedido para mi para recoger y la mayoria de la orden estaba mal. El pico de gallo estaba mezclado con maiz y lo que debía ser barbacoa estaba solo arriba del envase debajo lo que habia era pollo osea el envase era mitad pollo y mitad barbacoa y para completar las papas se pidieron regulares y las dieron picantes ( unas en promoción qué Noooo se pidió) Definitivamente este lugar NO lo recomiendo. Un desastre últimamente.

  NEVER EVER ORDER PICKUP FROM HERE AT NOON. They only serve in store customers even though my order was sent in before at least 30 more in store customers came in. They were over 30 MINUTES later than my promised time. I stood there with about 10 other customers waiting for our orders. Because they were rushing pickup orders after they finished all the in store customers, they barely filled my bowl.
