- JDJonathan DuncanAug 7, 20261.0This Chipotle is ridiculous. They have been out of multiple items during lunch time the past three times I’ve visited. The staff is also very unfriendly about it. I waited today behind a ton of people while they cooked rice because they were completely out. Then when it was finally my time to order, they were suddenly out of chicken… even though many customers were leaving because of the rice problem. When I voiced my concerns, an employee was extremely rude. She was attempting to explain that they started out the shift with plenty of food, but she kept saying “yall are taking it all too fast”. I had not received any food because they were out of everything I tried to order. I as the customer should never be blamed for a restaurant’s lack of preparation, which is clearly a pattern because it’s been happening for months. I left and will NEVER return to this location.

The lovely staff wrote the cutest little message for me on the lid of my bowl! I loved it so much and it made me cry happy tears. Thank you all so much. The staff is so amazing!
