  This Chipotle was very nice. the employees were nice and accommodating to me and my daughter. They actually interacted and held a conversation while we waited for our order.. sometimes social interaction is missing in alot of places. It was nice to have some smiling faces.

  The lady who had the colorful braids had a very bad attitude when serving up the food. She seemed like I wasting time, and that she doesn’t get paid enough. On the contrary, the cashier was super nice.

  I ordered a Kids Meal and I asked for a Side of Mild Sauce, The Employee Monica was Very rude and Loud said to Me it was going to be an extra Charge, I wouldn’t mind paying for it, but the way that she treated me made me not getting it also I was So Surprised of the way She approached me, Ive Never been Charged extra for a Side of Mild Sauce SMH, and Told Her that, So I didn’t want it and proceeded to Check out The Cashier name Alicia noticed that I was disappointed of the way that her coworker Monica had yelled to me so she decided to apologize was very nice to me, She knew that I was uncomfortable for the situation Honestly employee Monica should be working in the back Chopping Onions and Tomatoes and Not at the front Serving to customers, because She really has a Bad attitude Thank you, Alicia for taking the time and to apologize also taking care of me

  Im gonna break it down to a child understanding. -"HELLO 👋🏻, WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE". (Insert smile here) -"Hi (insert smile here), what can I get for you" -"Sorry, for the wait" -"Thank you, have a great day"(Insert smile here) Those 4 phraes would be the game changer of this restaurant. Im local food delivery driver and a costumer. I think you can imagine now, how many times Ive been in this store through the past few years. Comparing them to their neighbor restaurants, Ill say Chipotle is at the bottom of the list in costumer service and atmosphere, based on my observations and data collected through all this time. And you would think McDonald's would be in the bottom. But thats not the case. Best Regards! Wishing you all lots of success.

  This is the closes' location to me so naturally ive visited a few times, and i have to say every time has been a bad experience, from the horrible portions, the employees just look like they hate to be there, don't know what they are doing, and seem slow. The place inside is always dirty they don't clean tables trash full and messy; they never have the drinks available and no customer service. well not be going back!!!!!
