  This place never fails to disappoint. I’ve been living in this area for a few years, and I haven’t had a single decent experience. It’s gotten so bad that I’m actually going out of my way to leave a review. The employees act like they never wanted to work here in the first place. The portion sizes are ridiculous. What do you mean I only get half a scoop of rice—not even a full scoop? Then they look at you like you’re crazy when you ask for a little more. I literally got six pieces of chicken. I beg your finest pardon? It’s not coming out of your paycheck. Save yourself the frustration and go to Panda, CFA, or literally any other place nearby instead of this Chipotle. And please don’t respond with the same automated owner message. I’m clearly not the only person complaining about these issues, and it’s obvious nothing is being done to fix them. Start addressing the complaints instead of copying and pasting the same response.

  Sorry excuse for a Chipotle. My burrito had what looked like 1/3 cup of rice, and when they ran out of beans, they scraped the leftovers from the bottom of the container and called it a serving. Poor portions and poor service. Very disappointing. 🌯👎

  This place is a mess. I order a chicken bowl with just regular sides. The cashier charged me for Steak Bowl instead of chicken Bowl and added Queso Blanco by herself which I did not even get. When I asked about it they just ignored. It was busy so I just walked away. Not a good way to scam people.

  Truly one of the most filthy restaurants I’ve ever walked into. Because of not being familiar with the area and having food allergies we were stuck with eating here. I won’t be surprised if we end up sick it was so filthy. The tables were all filthy. My 7 year old took it upon herself to clean several off while we were getting our drinks and food. There was even old food and trash on chairs. Even the kitchen area was filthy and a hazard to physical safety. I saw several bags on the floor with dirty shoe prints and dried wet spots meaning they’ve been there for a while and no one has picked them up. The service wasn’t great but wasn’t the worst. Employees weren’t prioritizing keeping anything clean and the women’s bathroom sink wouldn’t stop running making the water so hot it scalded our hands. The food was also so spicy. My daughter who always eats the steak at other locations couldn’t eat it here and my mom mentioned the chicken was extremely spicier than usual too. I’ve worked in the food industry, I’ve even managed a fast food restaurant back in college and never have I ever let my employees or had an employer allow this kind of a mess even during a rush. This is an unacceptable way to present your restaurant.

  When it comes down to food safety this locations management team is of a different understanding! Most of their team appears to think hand washing is optional, and what about the heavy set Hispanic guy who wears his pants down around his butt (in his mid 20's to thirties)? And where is Chipolte's regional management that clearly failing to do their job by not managing these issues? Clearly they do not show up? Or maybe the store team has no respect for them?
