The service she provided was phenomenal, she was kind and patient. The food !! Well seasoned, generous portions and super delicious! I haven’t been to chipotle in over 3 years because it wasn’t to my likings but my visit today at this location has restored my faith in chipotle! Will be returning

Unfortunately, I was unable to place an online pickup order because the ordering system would not allow me to complete the order. The promotion code was only valid for online orders, and it expired after just one day. I tried contacting customer service through the app, but the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. There is no actual customer service representative available—only a chatbot that closes the conversation far too quickly, making it nearly impossible to explain the issue or get any help. I understand that promotions have expiration dates, but when the customer is genuinely trying to use the promotion and the restaurant’s online ordering system prevents the order from being completed, I believe the restaurant should make an effort to honor the promotion or provide a replacement code. Instead, I was left with no way to use the promotion and no meaningful customer support to resolve the issue. This is disappointing and makes me hesitant to order from the restaurant again.
