    This place is absolutely filthy!! The food as always top notch! But when we walked inside I couldn't believe what I was seeing! All trash cans were over flowing w garbage! Food all over the tables and chairs and on the floor. I looked over where the cashier's were and I see packets on the floor over by where they are standing. This just blew my mind! People cluttered by the front cashiers like crazy. I had to take a napkin and wipe my seat and table down. They offer hand sanitizer stations but guess what?! They were all empty! No surprise. I notice a worker observing everyone and on my way out, he started to pull one of the trash cans out. I don't know who's job it is to clean the tables and chairs and floors. But I will not be going back. I had just gone to Canes across the street 2 days before and was so impressed w how clean and still very busy their floors and seating are! I mean once a person left, a girl walked over quickly w a bucket w soap and detergent and started to wipe everything down. She was at the table directly in front of me so I couldn't miss her! Once I left I noticed a man scrubbing w one of the old fashion hand brushes from back in the day and a bucket of soapy water scrubbing the walls of their outside seating area! I should have taken a picture! I was very impressed! Please learn from Canes! Your indoor seating needs attention!! Managers or CEO need to get involved here!

    I wanted to share a recent experience at this location. Lately, my orders have been incorrect. In one example, I ordered a grilled chicken club and received a sandwich without the chicken. Upon returning to get it corrected, I encountered the manager Genesis who treated me as if I did something wrong. However, begrudgingly resolved the issue. In the second example, again I ordered the grilled chicken club, but only received a grilled chicken sandwich. To avoid the long drive thru line, I parked and went into the restaurant. I was immediately greeted but also observed other patrons complaining about their orders. I explained the issue to the cashier, she turned and went to the manager on duty. It was Genesis again who sent the cashier back to me to ask for a receipt. I provided the receipt and explained to the cashier again what my issue was as I overheard her tell Genesis the incorrect information. The cashier walked over to Genesis and gave her the feedback when Genesis yelled at her saying “just fix it!” The cashier came back to me and apologized then turned and asked another person for assistance. I believe that the other person was a leader as well because she provided a key or code to process the corrected transaction. On that receipt the name is Monica. Both of those employees were highly complimentary and patient with resolving my issue. They explained what was happening and where to wait for my order. While I waited I continued to observe Genesis who appeared to be overwhelmingly busy, short, and curt with the team. After a short wait, I received my order. Another employee was apologizing to another customer for their order issue and then quickly turned to me. As I walked out to my car, he was again apologizing for the order issue and escorted me out. He made small talk about the weather and holiday and I took that to indicate that he was still in service recovery mode. I very much appreciated that interaction but wanted to share that my overall experience with the manager, Genesis, has not been pleasant. For a company whose brand is built on customer experience, I believe that she struggles with social interactions, which are interpreted negatively by the customers. I would hope that Chick-fil-A would support her and offer assistance where she does not feel so overwhelmed with her customers. I know that being a leader can be difficult. I’ve seen other reviewers complain specifically about their interactions with her and hope that CFA will take the measures to invest in their staff for better performance. Just like others have noted, the economy is too difficult right now to pay for poor services. I truly hope that this review will help.

    Much better than the Cityview location on Bryant Irvin road that I went to yesterday! Service was excellent, food was great. The cool wrap was stuffed with ingredients, nice and cold, salad fresh, and all the contents were in the bag brought out to my car. I was able to exit the line to keep it going and me back to the office within 30 minutes, without being tardy. I'll be giving them my business instead. Thank you!
