- EGElle GSep 26, 20261.0I highly recommend going to another Chick-fil-A in the area. Slow service and extremely poor customer service. I spoke with the manager, Ashlyn, regarding a refund, as I’ve previously been able to request one directly through the mobile app. She insisted I had to come into the store and that there were no other options. When I asked when this policy changed, she stated it had always been that way during her two years of employment, offering no further explanation or alternative solution. As a manager, I expected her to make an effort to resolve the issue or provide some form of customer service. Instead, she made no effort to de-escalate the situation or offer a solution. When I expressed my disappointment with the customer service, her response was simply, “Okay.” Very disappointing experience, especially for a company known for its customer service. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Also, Ashlyn refused to provide the general manager’s name or contact information and simply told me I would need to call back, offering no further assistance or direction.

A group of three young men were siting a table and booth playing a die game. They were clearly waiting on ride from wherever they had came from. They were, quiet, respectful, and no one seemed to be bothered or disturbed by it. One of the workers, I believe her name was Carlene, had walked over and in a very unnecessary tone and attitude told them they had to leave. After the three boys left(peacefully without arguing back or making a scene) she proceeded to walk over to a family and gossip about them and the situation. It was honestly kind of disgusting to see a grown woman act this way. Especially to three innocent young men who were not causing any harm in any way. The whole situation felt very unnecessary and honestly made my friend and I very uncomfortable to the point where we just wanted to get up and leave.

Its good just remember to grab a wipe they have available for the sticky hands if you put too much syrup, like I did. Oh and of course the restaurant is spotless you always see someone cleaning.

Even though there are a lot of team members working, I have to stand there staring at my "READY" to-go order for 10 minutes before someone can hand it to me. Many team members walk by but don't bother to ask me what I'm waiting for. The manager is "busy" sitting in the corner. Other staff are "busy" standing there without doing anything specific. The whole point of ordering online is to speed up the process and avoid waiting, but the team here really defeats that purpose.
