  Best chick fil a ive been to in YEARS. I still got to Chick fil a every now and then but largely gave up on them cause the good has been pretty lackluster. This place reminded me of pre 2020 chick fil a. AMAZING. Not sure what theyre doing differently but clearly the ones by me just suck and it isnt the company as a whole. I got a spicy chicken sandwhich, fries and a cookie all delicious

  I’m on a delivery with two large drinks, and I asked for a drink carrier, but the employee refused to give me one. That honestly makes no sense. We’re carrying bags and drinks at the same time trying to deliver the order safely to your customers. A simple drink carrier helps prevent spills and makes the delivery smoother for everyone. We’re on the same side here.

  the drive thru is extremely slow. this new location was trash. i’m glad there is finally a chick-fil-a in haslet, but the people working there don’t seem like they want to be there and it shows in their lack of customer service. i don’t want to be that one person, but i have worked at cfa in the past and the fact that i waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for 5 nuggets is a little crazy to me. the food was fine (luckily for me in comparison to other reviews), but be for real.

  i work really close to this location but lunch hour makes it impossible to drive to this location and back on time, so i order delivery at least once a week. i have only had extremely good experiences, and since i order through the chic fil a delivery directly, i have gotten a few small trinkets that i keep on my desk dearly. im unsure why theres so many bad reviews, i actually think i prefer this location over any other ones near this area! i wanna shout out Cara, Kylee, and Taylor (i might be missing a name or two, please forgive me) for the deliveries ive had in the past! excellent service <3

  On 5/6/26, around 12:37 pm in the Walmart Haslet parking lot, I was waiting for a car to leave so I could park in a spot. A Chick fil a delivery driver, a young Caucasian woman about 5’5” and semi-heavy set, pulled right into the spot I was waiting for. I politely informed her I was waiting for that parking space, but she responded with, “you are on the wrong way, buddy.” I explained that it is a two-way parking lot, but she simply walked away. It felt quite uncourteous. I hope you can look into this matter, and I strongly hope that attitude does not reflect leadership.
