The wait times are consistently much longer than they should be, even when there are hardly any cars or customers. It’s frustrating to sit waiting for an order when the restaurant doesn’t appear to be busy. On top of that, my order is frequently incorrect or missing basic items that should automatically come with the meal. Something as simple as forgetting the salad dressing for a salad is frustrating, especially when you don’t realize it until you’ve already left. Chick-fil-A is usually known for fast, accurate service, which is why this location has been such a disappointment. I hope management takes a closer look at both the speed of service and order accuracy because the experience has been consistently below the standard I expect from this brand.

- CMCammie McadaJun 11, 20262.0Chick Fil A is absolutely my go to place- and please know that i will go another 1000 times, but I think i have given this location its last chance. they havent been open even a year yet, but over 6 months, and their speed and quality have not improved. You would think that Chick Fil A has this down pat, and i would say that 95% of other locations (even new) do- but this location consistently has speed, accuracy and service issues. The nuggets and chicken breasts- both sandwiches and biscuits are over fried, the biscuits are over baked and the temperature of the food is often room temperature. Room temperature sandwiches are often soggy because of the moisture that builds in the bag. I have waited in this drive thru for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions. This is the closest location to me and i was super excited to know that they were opening- but the store has just never gotten it together. It really saddens me to give this review because of how much I love Chick Fil A. Im glad to say this experience is isolated to this location, so many more chicken biscuits are in my future. It’s the best way to start a day!
