  Matthew asked questions and prepared the order exactly as requested. This really impressed me as a lot of places have trouble with taking and following requests. Great food and friendly staff. I'll be back.

  Overall service was quick and friendly which is the reason for two stars and not one. Normally, I check my orders because fast food and restaurants have gotten lazy over the years, but I decided not to that night. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect and had to go back. I probably shouldn’t have ordered wings from a cheesesteak place but I was curious as I love wings. The wings were so SMALL and they were cooked to the point that there was almost no meat.

  I ordered a Philly cheese steak and instead I got a Chicken cheese steak, I am very upset that I had to come back and get it fixed. They could've at least let me have the chicken cheese steak for their mistake!

  I’d just like to say Donna was very friendly as soon as I walked in. I placed my order and didn’t know for sure if I wanted a large or regular sized fry so she was helpful in helping see size difference. It didn’t take her very long to make my whole order which she made as soon as I ordered. I will Be coming back to this store!

  I stopped by Charleys Cheesesteaks and was honestly impressed. The food was fresh, hot, and made right in front of me, which I always appreciate. The steak was tender and well-seasoned, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. The bread was soft with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The fries were also a standout—perfectly cooked and seasoned, especially with their signature options. Customer service was friendly and quick, even during a busy time, and everything came out exactly as ordered. If you’re craving a solid, satisfying cheesesteak, this place definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back! Donna is amazing!!!
