  I went to Charley’s Philly Cheesesteaks and my experience was mixed. The fries were too cheesy, cold, and I honestly did not like them. Some of the employees, especially the ones in the kitchen, were being rude to me. I tried talking to one cashier about the problem and he just laughed, which made the situation worse. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because another cashier came up to me politely and asked what was wrong. I explained that my fries were cold and the cheese did not taste good. He apologized and offered to make fresh fries, but I asked for a refund instead. He handled it professionally and gave me my money back. I also asked for the manager, but they told me he was not there.

  I went to hullen mall on the 3-5-26 at 6 pm they had Great food and excellent customer service at Charleys Philly Steaks. The food was fresh and delicious, and the guy taking my order was friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience.

  Guy at the front counter was more interested in talking to his little buddy and being on his phone than helping customers.

  Was very excited to try... For the price of the portions.. will not be back. The fries are good. But very basic quality of food. 2 sandwiches, 2 fries with 2 drinks almost $35. Should've went to Chick-fil-A .

  I ordered the bacon and cheese bunless with all the toppings and it was AWESOME!
