    “This was my very first visit, and I’m not sure what happened on this day. I came here with my mother and we were told there would be an hour-long wait for salmon. I don’t understand why salmon is advertised if none is prepared or readily available. Also, beware when ordering through the app — if there’s an issue with your order, you may not automatically receive a refund.”

    VERY INCONSISTENT. If I go in person, I get exactly what I order. If I place the SAME order on door dash, I’m lucky if I get half a bowl. I’m getting really sick and tired of it. I don’t know if I’m being shorted portions because the TO-GO person is just out right lazy or what. It NEEDS TO STOP. If someone orders 2 scoops of every topping, they should get exactly what they order. If I went in and placed the order myself, I would have left with a full bowl of food. But because I decided to order it on door dash, I literally barely got half a bowl. I will continue to leave these types of reviews if this continues to be an issue. I am genuinely sick and tired of not getting what I order on door dash but getting it when I walk in the door myself. This location seriously needs to fix that issue because it has been CONSISTENTLY happening for MONTHS now.

    Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, especially the employee preparing the bowls. She didn’t seem to know the difference between spinach, arugula, and kale, which was surprising for someone working with the ingredients daily. She was also very stingy with portions barely adding two teaspoons of each ingredient, as if it was coming out of her own pocket. Her attitude and manner were unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service and food preparation both need serious improvement.

    apparently it’s wrong to ask for your order to be done correctly and to your liking… Amy and her so called manger who refuse to talk to me when asked (was told the girl in the back of this picture is the manger) were rude and had horrible customer service. First, the manger got upset when I ask for my rice on the side and a non-burnt salmon for my bowl. Then Amy, refused to add a small drink to my order stated they only had large cups when the person right after me got a small drink. She also refused to give me her mangers name or card.

    This was my first ever Cava experience. As I went in, my brother helped me pick out my order. He suggested that I try the "braised lamb" but it would cost extra, so that's what I ordered. As my bowl was made, a worker that I will not describe gave me the worst portions I have ever seen and physically pulled out a plastic cup TO MEASURE my braised lamb portion to which SHE DIDNT EVEN FILL. As a testament to how trash this worker was, the next worker that took my bowl to add the sides saw how sad it was and ADDED MORE BRAISED MEAT TO IT. If it were not for this god sent worker, I would have never came back. God Bless this man's soul.
