  I must have been taking CAVA for granted. My extra side order of pita chips was missing, which meant my girlfriend ate the pita chips that came with my meal. I’ll admit, that was moderately disappointing—but I could have recovered. What I wasn’t prepared for was the steak portion. If steak prices have gone up so dramatically that portions have been reduced by roughly 70% over the past couple of months, then everything makes sense and you can disregard this review. I must have missed the announcement. The amount of steak on my wrap tonight was comparable to what I’d expect on a Gordita from Taco Bell. Normally, I can get two meals out of one CAVA wrap and feel like I got exactly what I paid for. Tonight, that definitely wasn’t the case. The difference was dramatic enough to make me never want to use this pickup window again. I genuinely hope everything is okay at CAVA and that this was just a one-time miss, because this was nowhere close to the portions or experience I’ve come to expect. I should have been changing the food score from 5 to 1. The service at this location is normally a 2-3 so I would have double-checked my order if I picked it up myself. 🤷

  Friendly environment, employees were super helpful and friendly, our meal was so delicious! Definitely will my go to location from now on

  The food was great but the costumer service was even better! Nancy was amazing she was very hospitable and knew the menu well she was able to give me some options when I wasn’t sure what to get. She made my first experience enjoyable. I will be coming back !

  Unfortunately I will never be visiting Cava again. We were regulars for awhile, frequenting weekly. Something changed and their staff is just not getting it right. My order is either always wrong or they put half and half ingredients on my pita! Like half of it will have hummus and lettuce and half will have meat and feta. it makes no sense… They put spicy salsa on my steak and feta pita today….. I didn’t come back for 8 months and I now never will return
