  I came in today with my mom and we were greeted by Amirah. She was friendly and helpful with our orders. Our food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

  I love this cava! Food is always perfect and the service is top notch. Wouldn't order online since they tend to not give you as much but overall it is great.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA on McPherson! From the moment I walked in, Lundyn and Misha provided exceptional customer service. They were both friendly, professional, patient, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail truly stood out and made my visit enjoyable. It’s not often you come across employees who genuinely care about creating a great experience for their customers, but Lundyn and Misha definitely do. The food was fresh, delicious, and the service was top-notch. Thank you both for going above and beyond! You are a huge asset to the CAVA team, and I’ll definitely be back.   When I walked in, no one greeted me. As I stood there for a good two minutes, I noticed each employee had glum look on their faces which reflected an very inviting atmosphere. After two long minutes, I was finally approached by an employee who handled the food. The girl who took my order did not changed her gloves which had food on it. She handed me the carry-out bag with the dirty glove which I thought was very unsanitary. Of course, the dirty glove transferred leftover food onto the carry-out bag handle. I had to ask for another carry out bag from a worker who was not handling food. The worker with the dirty glove appeared not to care or tuned me out. Not sure if I would return due to lack of hospitality and awareness of sanitation.
