Food was good. I understand it’s more of a healthy option but as long as your not asking for more protein extra should cost extra (example rice, lettuce, cheese)

I came at 10:30, Christian was there ; he was so hyperbolicly helpful. The food fresh. Staff dripped out. Restaurant pristine . 100/10 would recommend to my friends and family and talking stages !!

Awesome staff! Service with a smile! While in the store I misplaced my debit card and the staff were generous and actually found it in the floor. Thank you Sammi for everything! I will definitely be back!!!!

The worst Cava I have ever been, they serving food with the tip of the spoon and when you asked for more they said is extra , and on top of that, all the tables were dirty, employees were clearly see me walk through the store to find a clean table, they didn't do anything. Its very sad for a Downtown location. Cava on McPherson Blvd in Crowley is the best

I ordered from this location a lot and it’s normally pretty good but it’s ridiculous that they got this wrong, especially given the fact that the person picking it up for me literally handed them the phone and I had made the complete order on the website so it showed every single thing I was supposed to have ! the person picking it up for me Ask them to make sure that everything was correct and They said yes and the person picking it up said that they had more than one employee check it to make sure that everything was right, and they even took his phone out of his hand and was holding it while they were making the order so for me to have all the wrong sauces and to be missing toppings makes no sense at all the person picking it up from me wanted to go back, but I told them no it’s fine. I’ll just leave a review regarding it. It’s just ridiculous to have it wrong. I don’t understand why that happened other than just complete negligence from the employees to have three employees work on the order and still get it almost completely wrong is Ludacris to me specially, given the fact that I’ve never had that happen when I’ve put in my orders. It’s normally always been right. So what happened on this day? I don’t know, but I will not be back to this location because of this that’s a waste of money. also, sidenote, I hate what they have changed with the kids meals. They have taken out a major portion of it and it’s already a cheap meal. I don’t understand why they did that with no notice to any of the customers just complete ridiculous behavior again they will not be seeing me anytime soon.
