  Went to CAVA today (May 19 around 12:50 PM) and had one of the worst experiences at this location. The woman serving us was extremely rude the entire time and barely gave any protein portions. She would literally scoop the tiniest amount of chicken, shake the spoon so pieces would fall off, and leave us with what looked like crumbs instead of actual chicken pieces. Any time we politely asked for a normal portion, she would mumble under her breath and immediately say anything extra would cost more. The attitude alone made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, this location is ALWAYS out of ingredients..especially vegetables like corn. Every single time I try to order the Avocado Harissa bowl, there’s always at least one missing ingredient, yet somehow customers still get charged EXTRA just to “replace” what THEY don’t have available. Really disappointing because this issue seems constant at this location specifically.

  Huge shoutout to PACE for everything they do! The staff is always professional, caring, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make people feel welcomed and supported, and you can tell they truly care about the community. Every experience I’ve had has been positive, smooth, and handled with kindness. I’m beyond grateful for all their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

  After a long 13 hour shift, I didn’t feel like cooking but also didn’t want fast food that had no nutritional value. I walked in and it was calm, quiet (this was toward closing) and I love that the employees were still engaging and not rushing like they just wanted to go home and no longer cared about the quality of service they provided. Ivane was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable!!! He answered all the questions I had about the new item (the Glazed Salmon). He is not a fan of seafood but said it has been very popular since it has rolled out (which I believed since it was only 1 piece left) . I ended up getting it on the side simply because of his honesty and description of the salmon. Also during the time I was writing this review in the parking lot the line that formed was gone in a matter of 10 minutes. This location is always worth the drive because the quality of service is always great without a lapse no matter who’s working!!

  Yaxemy and Ivan are the goats literally! They are so efficient and know how to throw together a delicious bowl for new customers. Ask for their recommendations and they’ll come through 100%. They took care of us like family and will help you out with anything! Don’t doubt to ask nutritional questions. They are prepared and experienced employees! Ask for them!

  First time going here and let me tell you… very friendly staff Ivan is very knowledgeable of the menu gave me recommendations and delivered great service! The food is fresh the place is clean and the bowls are delicious. I was unsure if I would like it but I’m glad I tried it. I will definitely be back. If you want something fresh and healthy try this place out. Also their cucumber mint lime water is amazing!
