    This location has terrible service. We walked in to multiple servers standing around with 4 tables sat. No one came by to get drinks or our food order for 15+ minutes. The server came by and picked up or menus before we could get out the front door. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to serve us but were quick to clean the table.

    1 star is being generous. We came here on a Saturday around 7:00 PM, and the restaurant wasn't even busy, yet the service was unbelievably slow. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge us, take our drink order, or ask if we were ready to order. After that, we waited another 30 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and wrong. Waiting that long for food this bad made the experience even more frustrating. The worst part is that my kids wanted to go to In-N-Out, but I convinced them to come here because I thought we'd get a better meal and a nicer experience. What a mistake. We would have been happier, eaten better food, and spent one-third of what we spent here. Poor service, poor food, and a complete waste of time and money. We won't be coming back.

    I don't enjoy writing negative reviews like this, but my experience here yesterday during the world cup game was very bad. Our server came to the table a couple of times at the start of the game when I hadn't had much time to look at the menu and after the second time she never came back. I saw her standing around multiple times. Finally I grabbed another server as she passed the table and she took my order and brought me the beer I ordered and then the food came out later, which was brought to me by the manager who didn't say a word. Then, the check was wrong as my beer didn't reflect the happy hour price. After bringing it to the manager's attention, he did change it. I really hope this was just an anomaly and not going to be a standard thing for BWW, as service at other locations has always been a solid experience before. This was my first time at this particular location.Mozzarella sticks were good though.

    I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings through Uber Eats and had a very disappointing experience. My food arrived in what appeared to be a regular grocery-style bag, and the Buffalo Wild Wings containers were not sealed. The boxes have ventilation holes, which I understand are intended to prevent the food from becoming soggy. However, because neither the bag nor the food containers were properly secured, multiple flies were able to get inside. When I opened the delivery bag, I immediately noticed flies inside. As I opened each food container, more flies came out of the boxes. The entire order was contaminated, and I had no choice but to throw all of the food away. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. While I understand that refunds for Uber Eats orders must be processed through Uber Eats, I was disappointed by the manager’s response. He stated that Uber Eats was responsible for the order. I explained that while Uber Eats handled the delivery, Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible for ensuring food is packaged safely and securely before it leaves the restaurant. Food should be sealed in a manner that prevents insects or other contaminants from accessing it, as this is a significant food safety concern. What upset me most was the lack of acknowledgment or concern regarding the fact that my food had been contaminated and had to be discarded. Instead, I was told that he “doesn’t make the boxes.” I wasn’t calling to complain about the box design—I was calling to report a serious food safety issue and expected some level of concern, accountability, or empathy. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings reviews its packaging and sealing procedures for delivery orders to help prevent this from happening to other customers.

    I placed a pick up order online and they told me it would be ready in 10min. I got there in 15min and I still had to wait an additional 10-15min only to get my order with sauce running out of the box that was thrown in a bag. When I got back to my hotel the wings were cold and hard to chew...not because of the wait THE MEAT was overcooked and 2seconds away from being burnt! I won't be returning to this location‼️‼️‼️
