  I really wanted to like this Bojangles location, but our visit was disappointing across several areas, especially considering the $25 we spent for a small meal. The location is a bit difficult to get to. Inside, you can order at the counter or use the kiosk. Not all Bojangles locations offer the same menu items, and this one did not have bone‑in chicken or mashed potatoes. When we walked in, both counter employees had their backs turned toward the kitchen screens instead of greeting customers. The setup between the counter and kitchen seemed inefficient, and the order screens looked overly complicated. We ordered at the kiosk and waited over seven minutes for the first part of our food, even though the dining room wasn’t busy. We waited another 5 minutes before the rest of the order was ready. I know that 12 minutes does not seem excessive, however for a fast food place, with lots of staff on hand, it must management still working out operational details. Portions were small for the price. The baked mac & cheese was dense rather than creamy. The dirty rice was okay but overly cloying with a rancid aftertaste. The coleslaw was warm instead of chilled. The biscuits (both regular and blueberry) were dense, small, and not fluffy. The blueberry biscuit was hard on the outside and didn’t taste fresh. The gravy served was sausage gravy, not the classic white gravy typically used for dipping chicken. My chicken sandwich was assembled unevenly, with all the toppings on one side of the chicken, and the other half completely dry.the bottom bun was dry also which may be typical. Clearly assembly of the sandwich was haphazard and no quality checks performed On a positive note, the Dr Pepper and unsweet tea were fresh and tasted good. My overall assessment is that for the price, the portion sizes and food quality didn’t match expectations, and the service experience added to the disappointment. We left unsatisfied as this visit fell well short of what we hoped for.

  They have the best chicken tenders. Not even a contest. Their staff always have the best attitudes with a smile on their faces. Good job on this restaurant!

  Disappointed it is only chicken tenders but the service more than made up for the disappointment.

  Food was decent, staff was mostly focused on talking to each other, which slowed service down. A couple a dirty tables but not bad. I like the new kiosk machines.
