  Amazing service! Employees were very kind, fast and had a happy, cheerful tone. Nice clean restaurant. Food came out fast and fresh. Chicken and fries were delicious, housemade ranch was awesome

  Nice, new and clean restaurant. Staff was friendly. BUT WHAT CHICKEN PLACE DOESN'T SERVE FRIED CHICKEN??? CORPORATE: LET THE STORES HERE SERVE BONE IN CHICKEN PIECES!!! The strips were good, but I wanted Bojangles fried chicken legs! Four stars because they don't serve chicken pieces.

  I've visited here a few times since it opened... Trying to give it another chance to not be terrible but it's typically bad. Have waited in "VIP" everytime I have been there and waited an excessive amount of time. Only to finally get home with my food and only half the order was there. Had to spend another $20 to Uber my son's food to the house. Breakfast was undercooked and inedible.

  Went here about 5pm the front lady at the counter was very nice and patient. She got our food out very quick with good customer service while her coworkers where doing nothing but on their phones in the back besides that food was 10/10 and came out hot tables had a few crumbs and greasy a little but I enjoyed it!

  3 piece combo and a sandwhich in drive through. they asked me to pull into spot 1 and wait for food. 3+ other cars also pull into spots in the next couple minutes. after 25 minutes I finally go inside, as does another car that had been waiting. they have plenty of chicken and people inside are being served. they seem to have zero idea they have people from the drive through waiting on food. I had to give them my receipt so they knew what to give me...same with the other person that went inside. wait another 10 minutes for them to make my sandwhich and get my 3 tenders. took 40 minutes for mediocre fast food chicken strips. zero apology. the other 2 cars are still waiting in the parking lot...40 minutes later. could have went to an actual restaurant and gotten food faster.
