This is the second time this has happened to me—the first time was at Easter, and now again. How is it possible that they would do this to a customer? I find it very disrespectful to sell what is supposed to be an ice cream cake and provide only ice cream, especially when birthdays are typically celebrated with both cake and ice cream. I will not be purchasing from them again. Think twice before buying a cake from this place for a special occasion.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
