  Say this food was so damn fresh when I came to this Arby’s today the fries are so hot. I almost sued you guys. Do you understand me? I’m like this must be the only Arby’s in Fort Worth that makes the food to order. Great job. Great job guys great job. Great job

  Absolute insanity. Last 2 times I ordered the French Dip Royale, they forgot the onions but charged me the full price. Today I came in for the same and the price was $12.29 + tax for the meal but they charged me $12.69 + tax. When I brought it to their attention, the answer was that the price was probably changed but not on the menu board. I said that's fine but after sitting for 10 minutes, they tell me that they don't have the sauce that goes on the sandwich. They also told me that the sandwich is coming off the menu. This is the most absurd service I've ever had in my life. I asked for a refund and the lady did something but I feel she charged me again. I have all the receipts and I will check with my bank. I used to be a fan of Arby's but it has gotten so bad that it's alarming. I have no idea how this happened to Arby's!!!

  Cody was super nice and I enjoyed my hamburger and roast beef and I got from here. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got good customer service.🙏

  I came in here to the arby's place off East chase parkway the service was the fastest i've ever had and the food was hot.Yes, I am impressed the first time.I've gone to a fast food that i've got hot food.We'll recommend it to all my family came all the way from weatherford, texas recommend it to all family members
