  I've been very fortunate to have mainly positive experiences at this Arby's. The food and service are usually very good. If there are any problems, they're quick to resolve them. They'll accommodate special requests if they can. Today, I was especially grateful to Steven. I dined inside the restaurant. Unknown to him, I have trouble walking and standing. It was a relief to have him bring my order brought to the table. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.

  Went to Arbys on July 28th at 7pm. At 9:45pm my stomach is rolling and the pressure was outstanding. Then for the 3 hrs I didn't know whether to sit down or get down on the toilet. I've always heard this about Arbys and the last 2 times this exact thing has happened. Just shut this place down. I'll never go to Arby's again. It's an Arby's thing. It's happened to me at several Arby's. That's why they have the stigma, because it's the truth.
