Arrived at 10:40 PM when they close at 11 PM and was denied a orange Creamsicle milkshake because they were cleaning the shake machine. I’ve never owned a franchise restaurant or fast food company, but closing tasks should be done after closing.

Savannah is SO RUDE! First time she treated me this way in the drive thru, I gave her a pass that it might be a bad day. Then today my husband was there to be treated terribly as well. Food was cold and rock hard. Sat for over 7 minutes for old, cold food. When i ask for a recipe for the cash transaction, it was tossed at me. Owner should know this is happening. Won't be back.

In the beginning my order was partly wrong and very very messy. Which I discovered when I got home. I couldn't eat my sandwich and my husband tried to eat his but the onion buns we didnt ask for were not to our tasting. I did return the whole meal within a couple of hours. The manager was very helpful and apologized. She corrected order.

Cheese sticks was amazing like always
But the chicken tasted like it sat out for days and the bread was rock solid! If I didn't already get home I would have went back worst 26 bucks ever spent definitely crossing the place off our dining list. DO BETTER ARBYS

I came through about a week ago and forgot to call the store manager actually— there was about 15 minutes to closing and the lady at drive through who looked maybe Hispanic/native mix said they were only taking cash which makes 0 sense and if that was okay and I said yep (assuming she said that to hope I wouldn’t have cash because she didn’t want to take my order was my guess) she takes my order and lies to me saying my total came out to $20 even and I said oh perfect….then I pull up and she goes on a rant about almost not taking my order because they are closed and I said no ma’am you’re not closed you’re open for another 12 minutes actually so I would of expected you to take my order. After I get my food she’s already being weird and absolutely intentionally didn’t give me my receipt so I asked for it and low and behold it wasn’t $20 even and she clearly uncomfortable starts getting my change for me and hands me my receipt. She was definitely uncomfortable and o could see her face like oh crap when I asked for it. Super unacceptable and they have employees stealing money clearly from their customers will never go back.
