- DSDeaundra SingletonAug 29, 20261.0Have shopped at this store weekly for years. Went on the 28th to purchase sale items and use my points. Had over 900 points. Asked for chuck roast on sale and they cut two for me choose from. I chose one (they were rump roast with chuck bone in label)..note they had several meat guys there including new manager. And the pork roast was .99 a lb and got one that was in middle where there were 3 signs stating this. Chose one..went to pay and the self check froze. I had put my number in for my points. The associate rebooted the reg and moved me to next one. None of the meat rang up right. The one nice meat guy came a verified it was correct..still not ringing right. Meat manager said not fixing it. The lable on the pork said pork shoulder roast and they said it was wrong item even though I took it back to them and another associate said yes that's it. I gave the roast with wrong tag on it to a meat associate and he just put on shelf. When I payed for what I had all my points were gone..no free items or money off meat I had clipped. The only nice person that had a care was the meat guy that has been there for awhile and the self check associate. She tried hard to get someone to listen. They even checked my app to verify I clipped coupons. So I didn't get items and lost my points to the reg that froze. Very bad experience and most rude people in meat ..changing stores ...I've worked in retail for most my life and never treated a customer this way. We as customers are why you have job. Some seem to forget this. Feel bad for self check associate because she will have this issue all day because they just left the items as they were instead of fixing it. ..

- JWJG WAug 23, 20261.0Just recieved my delivery. Was missing a case of Dr Pepper so requested a refund which was approved. Then went to eat our rotisserie chicken and macaroni and the chicken was so over cooked it pretty much exploded like the turkey on National Lampoon Christmas vacation and the macaroni expiration date was 6/22/26 it is August 24th. See attached photos. And because I had already requested refund for the dr pepper there was no avenue for me to request refund for these 2 items.
