  This Albertsons has been my go to for some time now however today, 9/8/26 between 6:45pm-7:15pm every single employee I encountered was rude and not helpful. I had a list of things I needed as I’m trying to create a specific dish. I searched tv albertson app to assure the main item needed was in stock, and it showed that it was at this location. After locating all the other 10 items needed I could not find the main ingredient that I checked for availability of prior to coming to this location. I searched aisle over aisle looking for one employee, with no luck. Just as I was about to give up I see a male in a black shirt at the end of an aisle speak into a walkie; I was finally relieved as I did not want to leave everything behind due to not finding this specific oil. I explained that I searched the app for this oil and it shows it in stock. I looked on aisle six but I’m having trouble finding it. He then explains to me that it’s on aisle six after I already said that I was having trouble finding it on aisle six then I assume his manager wearing a blue shirt, Comes up to me and aggressively and says “aisle six.” No acknowledgment, no are you finding everything okay, not even a simple hello, just a dismissive “aisle six”.. At this point I just walked away because obviously I’ve already said I know what aisle it is on but I am having Hard time locating it. The as I walked away, I noticed that the manager was kind of lurking in the areas that I went to, which then makes me wonder if they thought I was stealing. As a previous manager of a retail establishment If you notice Unusual behavior in a shopper in my case, searching aisle to aisle for a product or for An employee to help me, the best way to prevent the theft is customer service. I will not allow this one experience to keep me from coming here, however, if it becomes Consistent I will have to start shopping at my local target as it is the next closest place to me.

  Shopped online and received items I did not purchase and 4 items I purchased were missing. Also had a lemon that showed signs of rotting and should not have been selected by shopper. Also, even though I specifically noted on my order as well as it was visibly marked on the product, I only received 1pkg of pork ribs, not the buy 1 get two free. Not at all happy with this shopper!

  30 minutes waiting for online pick up! This Albertsons has gone downhill. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years - this Albertsons is failing.

  Gina helped us out at the checkout. She was so sweet. So caring so attentive. She made my shopping experience so worthwhile and I'm so happy that Albertsons has such amazing, helpful employees.

  I don’t appreciate shopping and seeing trash in floral.. not the first time. disgusting and there was an odor. How long did this sit? yuck. do better and the customer service needs to improve. How embarassing. I will buy flowers else where.
