  Drive up and go is completely And consistently horrible.... Came to pick up an order three people with vest on walked completely past wait 10 more minutes manager in a blue shirt asks another manager in a black shirt to help out with drive up and go. His way of "helping out " is peeking in turning to me and another guest and says "They're getting your order right now"And turns around to walk away I told him he doesn't even know my name I wasn't greeted. No one asked the name so how can he be getting my order? I just canceled it and walked out. I kind of expected for underpaid employees but for managers to have zero sense of urgency is crazy to me

  Closest/Convenient location for me. The store is ALWAYS clean and ALWAYS stocked. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable of where to find ANYTHING in the store. LOVE the abundance of fresh fruits - either whole or pre-cut every time I go.

  Came in for some salmon and I am sorry the fact the seafood guy grabbed the salmon with no gloves on and hands looking like they haven't been washed and also having a attitude about it like hell if you dont like doing your job why work there

  Hello, I am writing to report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at your store. I have been a loyal Albertsons customer for years, but after what happened, I am seriously reconsidering shopping at this location. I went to the store to purchase T-bone steaks that were advertised on sale. I asked the butcher for the value packs, which I could not find, but he refused to cut more meat and told me—very rudely—that he was “done for the day.” He then handed me only the few steaks that were left. When I went to self-checkout, I scanned my items and noticed the price was much higher than it should have been. I asked Alexis, the employee working there, for help. She told me she couldn’t assist and that I had to go back to the meat department to correct the price. When I returned to the meat department, the same butcher told me he couldn’t help, didn’t know who could help, and told me to come back the next day. I explained that I could not come back, so I returned to self-checkout and asked Alexis again. She became extremely rude, refused to correct the price, and when I said I no longer wanted the meat, she started loudly and repeatedly saying “wow, wow”in front of other customers. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The lack of basic customer service from both employees was unacceptable. No one should be treated that way, especially when simply asking for help with an incorrect price. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this store. I hope this matter is addressed seriously so no other customer has to go through a situation like this. Thank you.
