  I got a single burger instead of the double ordered and paid for. Nobody answers the phone and your mailbox is always full! I had to contact corporate headquarters and they helped me after I downloaded their Sonic App. I used your drive-though option, so your table and noise level questions do not apply.

  The person taking the order didn't know how to count basic change. And the teas had a weird taste.

  Didn't bring our sauses with food so we had to wait to eat. Food was good. Jr hamburger was old tasting

  Food tasted fine..service was lacking however. I ordered online. When I received my food, I double checked before I left. Good thing I did. They had left out one item so I asked the person who brought it to me about it. "Oh yeah, we are out of soft pretzels." ::: So we don't let the person know and just let them leave to find put later?:::: He asks if we'd like more mozzarella sticks or fries...my granddaughter didn't. "Can ypu just give me a refund?" "No, you have to do it online since you ordered it there" "I don't know how to do that, can you help?" "No, I'm not sure how to" Me: ???? "Can I speak to your manager?" ""I am the manager" :::Not sure i believe that:::: So I ended up with extra mozzarella sticks i didn't want. Really not happy.
