I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this Sonic. My original burger was served with wilted, old-looking lettuce that was clearly not fresh. I brought it to the attention of the staff, and to their credit, the store manager came out, apologized, and offered to have it remade.
Unfortunately, the "remake" was even worse.
The replacement burger was absolutely drowning in mayonnaise, piled with what seemed like over 80 onions, had old, soggy lettuce, and was thrown together with no care whatsoever. It was completely unappetizing and honestly disgusting. Looking at it, I couldn't believe this was the burger they thought was acceptable to serve after already being made aware of the issue.
To make matters worse, the outside of the restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to my concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality of the location.
This experience wasn't just about one bad burger—it reflects a lack of quality control, attention to detail, and management oversight. Customers should be able to expect fresh ingredients and food that's prepared with care, especially after asking for a remake.
I hope Sonic addresses the management, customer service, food quality, and cleanliness at this location because this experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning until significant improvements are made.
