  Slow, slow, slow. Not recommended. Too bad they don’t have some leadership to evaluate shortfalls. Someone that can identify issues and fix them. There are clearly unhappy customers from many poor reviews. The drink came out looking great, but the breakfast sandwich is not very good.

  Worst Panera. They need someone to do their supply chain management because anytime you order over the app you get there and there out of everything you ordered.

  Waited 20 min in the empty restaurant for a harvest chicken salad that cost $14. Once I get home I was disappointed to see what was in the bag was a rock hard piece of bread and a small salad that was clearly just some leafy greens pulled from a bag with no chicken. Not exactly sure what I waited 20 minutes and paid $14 for. Never going back.

  Here we are again. Simply can’t follow directions. It’s literally on a computer and yet they fall short of the mark. Very indicative of El Paso in general and management with quality control.
