  Placed an order and tracked it on my cell phone. The order was marked complete so I walked to the counter after waiting for longer than anticipated. My order was not on the counter and I had to wait even more for an employee to come up. I was then told the soup I ordered was out! I asked for a refund and they did give it to me. No apology but rather seemed annoyed. They need better communication!

  Opened my bowl and found rice that looked like they scraped it out of dirty dishes from yesterday. How do you look at that and still decide to serve it to people. It wasn't even busy when I went so there was plenty of time to correct it or offer a swap. Someone doesn't care. Management, staff, or both.

  They keep giving me lettuce!! I have ordered the same thing several time s and there is always a mess up. I stopped ordering it with lettuce because it is usually soggy. Not to mention the free side of bread that you can chose is rock hard. They are quite slow as well.

  Slow, slow, slow. Not recommended. Too bad they don’t have some leadership to evaluate shortfalls. Someone that can identify issues and fix them. There are clearly unhappy customers from many poor reviews. The drink came out looking great, but the breakfast sandwich is not very good.
