  ⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Do Better My recent visit to Chipotle was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. It was very clear that the staff was more focused on speed than accuracy, quality, or customer service. I was told they could not fulfill my order with a specific protein because they supposedly only had enough for online orders. As a customer standing in the restaurant ready to pay, that was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the male employee preparing my food gave me an attitude when I asked for additional items. What was even more concerning was the behavior of what appeared to be the team lead or manager. Several customers were genuinely trying to get updates on their orders after waiting for an extended period, and the way this individual spoke to them was extremely rude and dismissive. Customers should never feel like they are inconveniencing employees simply by asking about an order they have already paid for. I typically read reviews before deciding where to eat, but unfortunately, my phone was dead and I decided to give this location a try anyway. That will not happen again. The most disappointing part is that this is located on a military installation. Our service members and their families deserve better than poor attitudes, dismissive treatment, and an experience where getting your food correctly feels like an inconvenience. Chipotle has the opportunity to do better here. The issue isn't simply that they were busy—the issue was the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. Never again at this location.

  Some of the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever seen in an establishment. Couldn’t even get the meal I wanted because I was completely rushed through my order Full of snarky remarks like “the signs right there” or “there’s only 2 you can pick” I’d understand if it was a busy lunch rush but it was 10:50 am would appreciate a little more respect towards soldiers

  Its 7:56 pm, they close at 9. They told the guy in front of me there's no more black beans then they start making online order WITH BLACK BEANS--ok that makes sense, the online ordera wer paid for, gotta make sure they get what they bought. After the online orders they get to me, and here's how that went: Me: "are there any more online orders?" Worker: "no" Me: "so i can have back beans?" Manager/supervisor probably:"no thats all we have left for the next hour and they're reserved for online orders" Me: "so if i make an online order right now, I can have black beans?" Manager: "yeah, I mean of you wanna do that". Me: "that doesnt seem sill you you?" Manager: "yeah it does" Me: "thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard...." So i order, get tue pinto beans, ask for chicken and steak... BARELY ANY STEAK LEFT. I laughed at them in disbelief. They have an HOUR left, 3 people in line behind me already... COOK MORE STEAK, OPEN MORE BEANS. Ridiculous.

  It gets a little busy 11am to 1pm, but chipotle is the best. I love their bowls, it's my favorite place to eat if I'm not drinking at lunch. The team was working very hard and kicking out orders really fast. It's definitely worth a short wait in line. They have indoor and outdoor seating, or take it to go. I believe you can also call ahead.

  Food was good service was bad Lady with blue hair had a bad mood throughout the whole order . Brighten up a little ! Some people don’t have jobs
