    Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Fort Bliss. I specifically went to BWW to watch a college football game, expecting a sports bar to be able to accommodate something as basic as putting a nationally televised game on a TV. When I arrived, the game wasn’t playing, but the staff was able to change one of the TVs so I could watch it. Unfortunately, about 5 minutes into the game, they changed the TV to a different game. I politely asked if they could put my game back on, and they did — only for it to be changed again less than 3 minutes later. At that point, I gave up. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask a sports bar to keep a game on for more than a few minutes. To make matters worse, my wings came out cold. The explanation I was given was that they were having difficulty keeping the game playing. I understand technical issues happen, but that doesn’t explain why my food was served cold or why the TV kept being changed after I had already asked about the game. The one positive was my waitress. She was attentive, respectful, and did her best to help despite the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I later went to Texas Roadhouse, and they had absolutely no problem finding the game and keeping it on. If you're going to call yourself a sports bar and restaurant, being able to reliably show a nationally televised college football game on CBS should be a pretty basic expectation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning to the Fort Bliss location.

    The food never disappoints, the waitress was very nice and courteous, and came around quite often to check on us and our food. No complaints at all.

    Very disappointing and misleading advertising. We saw the 50 wings for $68.99 deal online, but when we arrived, we were told we had to order it a day in advance. Nowhere on the advertised deal does it clearly state that. So we had to get 2 orders of the 30 bone in. Our company regularly brings our workers here, but after this experience, we are definitely reconsidering coming back.

    I came in at 9:32 PM and waited at the front until about 9:35 while an employee continued sweeping before finally acknowledging me. I asked if I could sit at the bar, and she responded, “Well, we’re closing.” Since the posted closing time was 10:00 PM, I asked, “Are you sure? What time do you close?” Instead of answering the question, she continued telling me they were closing and very clearly tried to discourage me from coming in. I eventually went to the bar anyway, where the bartender was extremely nice, immediately put in my order, served me a drink, and had me completely finished and out the door by 9:50 PM, a full 10 minutes before closing. The food was great and the bartender was wonderful, which is why I gave the food five stars. But the initial interaction was completely unacceptable. I had had a long, busy day and simply wanted to get dinner while the restaurant was still open. I should not have had to argue my way into being served 28 minutes before the posted closing time. This location also serves a large military community, including service members who may not have vehicles or many late-night dining options available to them. Trying to turn someone away well before closing because you want to finish sweeping and go home is incredibly poor customer service. Management should address this. If your posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should not be made to feel unwelcome for arriving at 9:32 PM. The bartender demonstrated exactly how easily I could have been served without keeping anyone past closing.
