This is my 2nd time trying this location, I gave the first time a pass in hopes of a better outcome. Service is extremely slow, after arriving for my order I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order that I placed almost an hour earlier. The cashier taking the orders was asking those who were placing orders at register about doing surveys, in exchange for free comped item... I wasn’t asked as I placed an online order but here is my survey for free.

She stated that the phones didn't work offered nothing. Placed my order and still had to wait another 15mins for the food. Not a good experience at all.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes, listening to it ring with no one answering. I eventually walked into the location myself, and the employees were just standing around, seemingly zoned out and not doing anything. I shouldn’t have to walk into a business after waiting 30 minutes on the phone just to place an order. The lack of customer service and urgency was unacceptable. Management definitely needs to address the employees’ attitudes and work ethic.
- CMCruz MitchellSep 6, 20261.0this place is HORRIBLE! they have ZERO idea what they’re doing. like they have no training. dont even get me started on the service, they literally just mumbled and didnt act like they wanted to do their job. i asked for 6 pc half hot, half lemon pepper boneless wing and a 10 pc half hot honey bbq and half lemon pepper and they gave me TWO ten pieces! i hate this place and will NEVER be coming back. this isnt the first time either. my food has been cold numerous times. -100/10
