We orders the sausage link sandwich and the pulled port sandwich with a side of the brisket beans. Chris was our cashier and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. We watched him check on every patron, offered to take our trash, and was very friendly. He was amazing.

This was my first time coming here! I came right as they opened and Amisha was wonderful, super helpful and took time to say hi and make sure I had everything I needed! The chicken had crispy thin batter, super hot and delicious! The Mac and cheese was amazing and the fries were different but in the best way! Everything seemed fresh and the team did a great job cooking it all! Thank you!

The food was great. But I apparently didn’t understand the kios when it came to ordering a loaded potato. Mine came with just onions. When I asked Amisha about it she said that is what I ordered. She was sweet and got the condiments for me. Meanwhile the cook in the back yells out well that is how she ordered it…loud enough for me to hear him (rude). I wasn’t saying he did it wrong but that I may have not understood when I was ordering and did it wrong. Thank you Amisha for making up for it and checking on me.

I had a great experience at the H\-E\-B barbecue place. **Amisha** was very calm, patient, and easy to listen to. She spoke at the perfect pace—not too fast or too slow—which made it easy for me to stay focused and understand everything she was saying Her calm, friendly, and welcoming personality really stood out to me. Amisha provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience much more enjoyable\. She definitely deserves

Great BBQ and even better service. The food was excellent — flavorful, well-smoked, and exactly what you want from a BBQ spot. We ordered at the kiosk, and when they ran out of one item, Amisha came over to our table to let us know instead of leaving us to decide what we didn’t want, She offered us samples of what they still had so we could choose something else, she was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly the whole time. That kind of personal attention is rare, especially after you’re ordering from a screen. Amisha turned a small inconvenience into a great experience. Best customer experience we have had in a long time. Thank you to Amisha for going above and beyond. We’ll be back. 😀
